This property is a slice of heaven with the most beautiful, pristine heated infinity pool, a lovely terrace overlooking the valley across to the Mediterranean, and spacious accommodation. It's just a few minutes from the medieval hilltop village of St Paul-de-Vence and the Fondation Maeght modern art collection as well as the beautiful Matisse Rosary Chapel at Vence, and is an easy drive from the coast itself and destinations such as Monaco, Nice and Antibes. Michael and Denise are gracious and kind hosts who are on hand if needed (Denise kindly found us a pharmacy for our return-to-UK Covid tests) but the apartment feels private, safe and very comfortable, with modern bathrooms and lovely toiletries. The pool is the star attraction, always lovely to swim in even in late evening, and with a slide, diving board and inflatables if wanted. The terrace and pool are lit at night and the calm, luxurious atmosphere makes it almost impossible to leave despite its proximity to some lovely places to visit!

Words fall short to paint a suitable picture of this delightful place. A most luxurious apartment in an extremely desirable location on the French Riviera. The apartment has all the amenities that one could wish for and the owners are superb - helpful, accommodating and simply nice people. The pool is fantastic and should you wish to discover the area - well - the location is perfect. We had a great stay at Villa Seburga and it is as of now our place of choice when vacationing in the South of France.

Just got back from a fabulous stay at this villa. We were the first guests post corona shutdown and I was worried we were not going to be able to fly but Michael was great and reassuring that we would have a full refund if that happened. Really good contact throughout. The pool is just stunning and we spent many hours enjoining the water, especially as we filled it up with inflatables! The villa is clean and the beds are extremely comfortable. Air conditioning meant for a great nights sleep. Very hospitable hosts and all in all a lovely place to relax in. Big supermarket only 15mins drive away so we could stock up easily. We would stay here again.

Many pools in the south of France 'suggest' they are heated. However, Michael's pool - which is huge - actually is heated! In fact when we arrived the pools temp was 29C (86F)! After unpacking we took an early evening swim followed by an early morning swim...You get the idea ....Like the picture suggests the views here are amazing. We had the downstairs apartment which was perfect. Two sets of French doors lead you to the pool, there are retractable awnings to shade you while having breakfast. The master bedroom is very large with a king size bed and and a queen size bed which is great for unpacking or sitting on etc . There's a second bedroom and a breakfast /TV room . The kitchen was spotless with a view over the pool. A/C worked well (very important from mid June until end of August). Also there are 2 bathrooms (very handy). All in all highly recommended. We have just returned from a wonderful week staying at Villa Seburga. We had a lovely warm welcome from Michael and Denise and the attention to detail in the property was faultless with soap, shower gels, coffee pods and more provided, made even better with comfy beds, air conditioning and immaculate presentation. We loved the character of the property and it's suberb layout. The fantastic infinity pool lent itself to some lovely memories sitting on the terrace for a meal or drink and then dipping into the gorgeous water and looking out at the amazing views. We also had fun on the slide and diving board and relaxation floating on the comfy pool loungers. Villa Seburga is ideally placed to visit places such as Nice, taking the bus from the end of the road worked perfectly as well as being only 15 minutes drive from the airport! We also visited Monaco, Antibes, St.Tropez and Port Grimaud but one of the highlights was the short walk to the magical village of St.Paul de Vence for a drink and a meal. We have enjoyed one of our best holidays yet and will definitely be back!!

Wow, this villa is just perfect in every way! It’s beautiful, peaceful, clean and is very close to St Paul de Vence which is gorgeous. The hosts were so lovely to us, always ensuring we had everything we needed. The whole week felt so luxurious and comfortable, and the pool was devine! We will almost definitely be returning here as we had a fantastic week, and our hosts were so friendly and kind. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt so relaxed and cared for! I cannot express the lovely week we just had in this villa, everything was simply perfect! Thanks again to Michael and Denise for such a fantastic holiday and hope to see them again soon! :)

I could go on for hours about the stunning apartment , beautiful views, luxurious facilities, power shower in one bathroom and bath and shower in the other( l'occitane shampoos and shower gels and the fluffiest towels I have ever used) Fully equipped kitchen with quality appliances, fantastic location , the heated infinity pool with panoramic views is to absolutely die for, TV that picks up all the English channels ( hubby very happy watching his rugby) BBQ (gas and charcoal depending on your preference), the list I could go on about is endless as I keep thinking of something else as I type....but one of the best things about this place are the owners. From booking to leaving , Denise and Michael go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic time, from assistance on best ways to hire cars to ensuring there is milk and something nice to drink in the fridge on arrival ( answering all my husbands emails and questions before we got there and believe me he can have a lot) every little thing we could think of needing was there. I was very sad to leave but cant wait till we go back Amazing place, Amazing people, we have already booked for next year and I would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone - you wont be disappointed!

This villa has to be seen to be believed. The view from the beautiful and heated infinity pool is spectacular, across the valley to the sea! We stayed in the pool apartment which has 2 large bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms which are very nice indeed along with kitchen and lounge/dining room and all the amenities you'd need. Can't fault this property, the owners go to great lengths to ensure your stay is as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. As a location, it is also an ideal base to explore the gorgeous medieval town of Saint-Paul-de Vence with its numerous art galleries and restaurants as well as Nice, Cannes and Monaco etc We will definitely be returning here!

La Résidence du Jardin de la Villa Seburga se trouve dans une luxueuse villa située dans les collines luxuriantes de St-Paul-de-Vence et à distance de marche du vieux village fortifié. Nous y avons séjourné pendant une semaine avec un couple d'amis. La résidence du jardin offrait un confort inégalé et tout les équipements nécessaires (incluant cuisinière, microondes, lave-vaisselles, BBQ et salle de lavage) pour se sentir chez soi pendant notre séjour. La villa est bien aménagée et décorée avec goût. La résidence du jardin est au 1er niveau de la villa, avec deux grandes chambres fonctionnels et leur salle de bain respectives, idéale pour une famille ou un couple d'amis qui désirent partager un bon moment dans un environnement magnifique. La chambre principale, le salon et la salle à manger donnent directement sur la terrasse ce qui donne beaucoup d'espace de vie. La propriété offre une vue spectaculaire de la chambre principale et de la gigantesque terrasse avec superbe piscine à débordement. C'est l'endroit idéal pour relaxer, décompresser et se reposer entre les excursions sur la côte d'azur, de Monaco, à Saint-Tropez en passant pas Aix, Grasse, Antibes, Cannes et Nice. En plus de St-Paul-de-Vence à proximité, l'on trouve tout près également un splendide centre commercial (Polygone), d'excellents restaurants (pour tout les budgets...) et des épiceries (E. Leclerc). Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et extrêmement serviables. La gouvernante qui passe deux fois pendant la semaine, est gentille, efficace et discrète. La Residence du Jardin de la Villa Seburga est un superbe endroit pour résider pendant les vacances sur la côte d'azur! Nous y reviendrons certainement!

Residence du Jardin at Villa Seburga What a wonderful experience! This property is truly 5 star luxury in every respect. Nestled in the hills above Nice, within walking distance (albeit a bit steep in places if you decide to walk) of the lovely village of St Paul de Vence, this remarkable villa has everything that the discerning traveller could possibly want. The owners (Michael and Denise) are such lovely, hospitable people and provide everything you could want for when travelling. Very few villas in our experience have such luxurious fittings and provisions; no need to provide toiletries, dishwashing/laundry detergent, it is all provided; and a housekeeper comes in twice a week to do the cleaning. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, spotlessly clean with Miele appliances and Portmeirion crockery. If you don’t want to eat in, there is an excellent restaurant (l’Olivier Rouge) on the corner of the main road up to the villa; or in the village close by. The private heated infinity–edge swimming pool is just superb, the view across the valley is remarkable and the gardens are beautiful. We had a lovely week here and were very sad to leave. You just do not normally find this high standard of luxury in a rented villa; it was more like being in a 5 star resort but in a private and peaceful villa. Highly recommended for a lovely holiday.
