Located in Nice, 2 steps from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea, PALAIS PROMENADE by Riviera Holiday Homes is a large apartment recently renovated of 104 square meters. Fully equipped for 6 people near the city center and all amenities. Shops, restaurants, as well as Nice Ville train station and the tram line are within walking distance in a few minutes. It is located on the 3rd floor of a residence near the sea with lift, it is bright and has air conditioning. The apartment consists of an independent kitchen fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, washing machine, dryer etc., a living-dining room and 3 bedrooms all with 2 beds of 90 cm x 200 cm which can be joined to form King beds (180 cm), a large bathroom with shower, tub and toilet, another bathroom with shower and toile...

Spacious apartment in good location

This is a spacious 3 bed apartment. While the description implies 3 bathrooms in reality there are really 2 and a toilet. There is a small jack and Jill shared en-suite shower room between 2 rooms. There is then a family bathroom with toilet shower and bath and thirdly a room with a toilet but no sink. Lovely large lounge dinner with seating for 6. Well equipped large kitchen. The apartment has no views as the front and back windows look into internal building spaces. This meant that we had quite a bit of noise at night from neighbours in the void shared by the back rooms but no road noise. Very good location just off the promenade des anglais . Good for a morning swim. Short walk to the Alsace Lorraine tram stop and 20 minutes walk to the station/old town/flower market. We walked to the marina and over the hill with lovely views of nice. We took the train to Antibes ( Picasso museum) and to Monaco which was easy. We got the tram from the airport NB. download the nice ticket app to avoid queues and pay the 1.5 euro ticket for the 25 minute ride into Nice.
