This villa was the perfect home for a week for eleven of our family encompassing three generations ranging from early twenties to ninety three! The villa is situated in a gated and secure entrance to the Corniche de Magnan about 10-15 minutes drive from Nice and overlooking the valley and the sea beyond with breathtaking views. The gardens are extremely well maintained and include a swimming pool and jacuzzi as well as ample space for sunbathing or for enjoying a BBQ under the terrace of the BBQ kitchen. Additionally, there are other areas for sitting and relaxing in the shade as well as another outside dining area overlooking the hills and sea. It is a peaceful ambiance.
The villa itself is extremely well equipped and Patrick and Akiko Hochner, the owners , were extremely generous in allowing us extensive use of all their facilities including the magnificent grand piano which had been tuned for our use. We so enjoyed it.
The kitchen is modern and has all the accoutrements and more besides and we easily cooked for up to fourteen guests.
The bedrooms have ensuites facilities and are very comfortable.
The Hochners also leave a comprehensive manual which include useful information about the villa itself and the running of it plus info on the area, the restaurants, supermarkets etc.
We should love to return here for a future holiday and do not hesitate to highly recommend this gorgeous villa to anyone contemplating an above average rental.

Fabulous Villa in Beautiful Nice
Ten family members enjoyed this villa for one week in August. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and has a great view of Nice and the Mediterranean. We also enjoyed the large pool and garden at the villa. The location of the villa is great. We spent a couple of days in Nice and we were able to take day trips to Monte Carlo and St. Paul de Vence.
The owners have also done a great job at making sure their guests know how everything in the villa works. They have compiled a House Book with directions for working everything from the oven to the security system to the pool. It was really extremely helpful on days we just wanted to relax at the villa.

Spectacular setting in hills overlooking Nice and Mediterranean
Eight friends and family gathered at this stunning house in May and we really enjoyed it. The photos do not do justice to the views and the lovely interiors. We enjoyed cocktails and dinner outdoors almost every night and we wouldn't change anything. We took day trips to Antibes (Cap d'Antibes and the lighthouse are visible from the terrace), St Paul de Vence, Old Town Nice and Cannes, but we had the most fun just hanging out at this great house.

Wonderful Villa in Nice
We rented this amazing villa in August 2014. I’ll start by saying the villa exceeded our expectations. We were vacationing with extended family, a total party of 8 people, and the villa was the perfect choice. There was plenty of room both inside and out for our party.
The views were incredible, with panoramic scenes of Nice from the backyard.
In addition to the size and views, the features of the house kept both adults and children in our party entertained; from the media room with a huge movie selection to a baby grand piano that our son could play in the evenings. Further, the ping-pong table was great for both kids and adults – hours of fun. Not to mention the pool and spa.
Working with the owner Patrick couldn’t have been easier. He was always responsive on email, responding to questions beyond the villa rental to local recommendations for transportation and activities. His customer service was exceptional! He was always ensuring our stay at the villa was exceeding our expectations from beginning to end.
The local property manager, Ronny, was also a great help. We made the decision in advance not to rent a car while in Nice. On our arrival, Ronny’s wife took us to the local market to stock the villa with food and drink. She was great – offering to help translate and directing us to the best markets and local bakeries for baguettes and croissants. Again, wonderful customer service from start to finish.
We would definitely rent this villa again. It was a one-of-a-kind experience for our whole family.

AMAZING TIME at Luxury villa with private pool, Panoramic seaview!!!!
We had an AMAZING time at Luxury villa with private pool, Panoramic seaview in Nice!!!! It was a 20 minutes taxi ride from the airport which was great. The villa is definitely the ideal hideaway for a laid-back French Riviera experience. It is located in a gated and secure domain above lots of greenery way up high on a hill. The villa was clean. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by the villa manager, which kindly explained all details and functionality of things .
We were 2 families with 2 teenagers and 2 young adults. I must say this was our first villa rental ever and definitely had an amazing experience, specially being in that villa. All descriptions, all details and amenities given on trip advisor when we were searching for a villa was right on. Many amenities that you would look for as if in your own home. No hidden surprises.
The view from the villa was AMAZING!!!! Imagine waking up and opening your shutters and have a breathtaking view, is simply a dream. If you are looking for a peaceful time, this is definitely the place to relax and refuel from any stress and from many responsibilities that would be waiting for you back home.
They have an extensive selection of movies in their theatre room that can keep you up till the wee hours of the night. A great library to borrow a book to leisurely read by the pool and a big selection of CD'S, definitely great taste in music.
The backyard was gorgeous!! The plants, The solar heated pool, the hot tub was very nice. The patio area was great where we had breakfast every morning and smelling the emanating fragrance from the jasmine plant they had. We also had the option to have our lunch or dinner either by the outdoor kitchen area or inside in the main dining room. The mini outdoor kitchen, and outdoor bathroom was a great idea and the BBQ definitely useful.
They even had a Ping Pong table that entertained our boys when they needed a break from the sun.
As for the Owner of the villa, He was very helpful, compliant, accessible and responsive to our need. He had suggested to have had a small grocery shopping done for us prior to our arrival and that was very helpful since we didn't want to run to the market or bakery as we arrived tired to the villa and needed some necessities for breakfast for the next day.
When we asked him that we wanted to rent a Yacht for a day trip, he didn't hesitate to do a research and provide us the information we needed. We did go ahead with the company he suggested and were very satisfied with his recommendation. Always answering our emails and all our concerns with such kindness and patience.
Thank you so much for making our trip to your villa a memorable one. We would definitely be back when in south of France and definitely recommend it to many of our friends!

Luxury week in Paradise
We were a party of 5 abdults and 2 kids (2-year old twins) celebrating my mothers birthday at this lovely villa with the most amazing view. The villa was large and cozy and very well equipped regarding everything from kitchen to "movie theather" at the basement. Everything was clean and fresh and it felt very safe to get there even for the first time because of the excellent and very detailed descriptions we got from the owner. It felt from the beginning that at this place EVERYTHING has been thought of.
The location is excellent, because you have your own privacy, but still it´s not far from the action in the city. We mainly cooked delicious dinners at the house and it was convenient to do grocery shopping at the large Carrefour market that you reach in approx 10 minutes by car. On my mothers birthday we enjoyed a gourmet French dinner at the house made by the chef (Emmanuel Sofonea) recommended by the owner. It was delicious!
The pictures at this site are good, but the place is even more breathtaking in reality. We can highly recommend it to anyone!

Paradise in Nice
Another wonderful stay in this villa where we love returning to. With its comfort, its garden, its swimming pool, its beautiful jacuzzi overlooking the sea, its comfortable, elegant and welcoming interior, its home cinema with its wide collection of movies from around the world, its location above the city and the sea, quiet but close, it provides an ideal retreat for all the family: while the children enjoy the activities, we can enjoy a romantic stay in this loverly house.

Amazing views, great amenities, privacy, well-equipped, lovely villa.
We loved our stay at the villa. It was very comfortable, and had everything needed to relax, watch a movie and prepare a meal. We truly enjoyed our down time when not touring the Cote d'Azur and Provence! The pool and hot tub are totally private, and the entire outdoor space is wonderful. The location is very central, and is in a nice area of Nice, behind two security gates. The view is incredible from nearly every room. The villa is a home, with lovely art work and personal touches throughout. The Hochers were wonderful people to deal with. They were very responsive to all of my questions, made dinner reservations for us, recommended a French chef to prepare dinner at the house, and gave us a lot of advice about the area. They even had a special gift & card waiting for us to congratulate us on our 20th anniversary! Their house manager, Ronny was very helpful and welcoming. Ronny had my detailed list of groceries waiting for us at the house, and was available to us during our stay when questions came up about the stereo, etc.. The security deposit is large, but it is easy to see why this is necessary when considering the level of high quality systems like the media room, pool & hot tub. Our deposit was returned promptly, and was back in my account before we got home! I would highly recommend this villa to anyone, and would return without hesitation. Merci beaucoup Patrick & Akiko for sharing your incredible home and helping us to make our trip a huge success!

Above the roofs of Nice!
What can I say, it was just gorgeous! The weather was great, sunshine, warm and no wind! And then the palm trees, the estate and the incredible views of Nice were worth the trip! Family Hochner has a little gem which she shares here with the outside world. The service and the manners are very friendly, so that you think you would have gone to be friends! The description for the property is found to 100% again! I will travel there with my family again!

The villa is located in the hills above Nice with a breathtaking panoramic sea view. It is a 10 minutes drive to the Old town of Nice with excellent restaurants and night-life. There are plenty of beaches along the Promenade des Anglais offering a wide range of water sports and restaurants. You will also find facilities like supermarket, shops, bars, cafes, bakeries and butchers shops within a 5 minutes drive. Local life, markets, museum and shopping areas are everywhere.
Nice is the capital of the famous French Riviera, located on the Mediterranean Sea in the sunny south of France, only 25 km from the Italian border. Within a 30 min. drive you find amongst others famous places like Monaco and Cannes, town like Grasse (perfumes) and Antibes, and small typically French villages like St. Paul de Vence and Eze. You'll enjoy museum dedicated to famous artists like Chagall, Picasso, Matisse, Renoir, etc. The Italian markets of San Remo and Ventimiglia can be reached by car in about 45 min.
