THE SITUATION // The building // This apartment is located in a 1900 building in the heart of Old Hyères. // The neighborhood // Discover the inescapable charm of the centre of Hyères. The apartment is 50 metres from Place Massillon. The street is pedestrian, calm and lively. It is part of the famous Parcours des Arts organised by the town hall. In summer, there are many events in the old centre of Hyères (concerts, night markets etc). The situation is ideal for holidays. // Amenities // Very close: numerous restaurants, bars, mini-markets, press, tobacco, shops, banks, bakeries, numerous restaurants, caterer, fish shop, farmers market (every Tuesday and Saturday morning) Provencal market (every Saturday morning). Night markets, concerts and entertainment in the city centre during the summer. // Activities // Very close: Villa Noailles, Chateau de Hyères with panorama on Giens and the islands, Saint-Paul Church, Saint-Louis Church, dozens of art and craft galleries through the Parcours des Arts, Casino, petanque ground... PARKING AND TRANSPORT A garage with private parking space is at your disposal 50 metres from the accommodation. Very close: bus lines 63, 64, 66, 67 and 69 serve the bus stops near the accommodation. They make it possible to get to the station, the airport and everywhere in Hyères, to Giens (for Porquerolles), to Pradet, to Carqueiranne and to Toulon. We strongly recommend that you use the bus, especially in high season. ACCESSIBILITY The accommodation is located in an old paved alley with a large difference in level and steps. Not suitable for disabled or elderly people. BEDDING AND HOUSEHOLD LINEN Linen is provided, you do not have any sheets to bring. The bedding is of good quality. MULTIMEDIA EQUIPMENT // Television // The television provides a beautiful 27-inch (70 cm) HD 720p picture. All DTT channels are accessible. DVD/Blu-Ray// Player DVDs are available on site, but feel free to bring your Blu-Ray and DVD (Zone 2 Player) // Internet // Free Wifi connection KITCHEN EQUIPMENT The kitchen is family and equipped with everything you need to prepare your dishes; cooking plates, pots, pans, stewpot, oven, microwave, refrigerator (with freezer), juicer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender (for smoothies and milkshakes) as well as many accessories and cutlery etc.... APPLIANCES AND STORAGE The storage space is numerous: cupboard with wardrobe etc... possibility to empty the suitcases. Also a washing machine and a vacuum cleaner at your disposal. RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT A library is at your disposal with many books for adults and children, and toys for children. SECURITY EQUIPMENT Smoke extinguisher Smoke and carbon monoxide detector SECURITY DEPOSIT A deposit is required 3 days before the day of arrival, in the form of pre-authorization of bank card, if it was not made at the time of your reservation. Deposit amount: 500€ INTERNAL RULES The owner of this accommodation as well as Dodo and Tartine have given you their trust, in return you are bound to respect certain rules.
