Only 1 minute from the famous shopping street Rue dÀntibes and 5 minutes from the Croisette and beaches. It's a perfect location for congresses and holidays all year round. Everything you could possibly need for your daily life, is really just around the corner. Down the road you will find 2 supermarkets, a few pharmacies, tabaco stores and so on. Lots of restaurants and bars are only a minutes walk. ABOUT THE APARTMENT: The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a typical charming Cannes building and doesn't have a lift. The building dates back to the 18th century so it's a real part of the historical area of Cannes called La Suquet (the Old Town ). BALCONIES - the apartment has 2 wonderful balconies, one facing the Old Port of Cannes and the Palais des Festival (SEA VIEW). Also you can see the beautiful murals on the building opposite. The second balcony is facing rue Meynadier. The apartment has double glazed doors and windows which will give you a quiet night sleep. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS - a comfortable sumptuous double size sofa bed with 14cm thick mattress. It has a new system so that you don't need to remove the cushions when you open or close the sofa. KITCHEN - It has a fully equipped brand new kitchenette with induction hob, combi microwave oven, large built in fridge and lots of storage space if you fancy cooking a meal at home STORAGE - there are two tall mirrored wardrobes which provide plenty of storage for your clothes. You'll find a large tall unit in the bathroom and two drawers underneath the sink unit. The studio is beautifully decorated and appointed with designer fittings and furnishings. Free fast WIFI internet access. Also there is a brand new washing machine which is handy during summer breaks and of course a very important silent air conditioning unit. Fabulous studio apartment with an amazing view of the port. The apartment is spotlessly clean and decorated very nicely with great air-conditioning The fireworks festival happened to be on when we there and we had the best view from the balcony. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cannes. Lily was so friendly and easy to deal with ... emails responded to so quickly and loads of information given on Cannes and the local areas

This was our first visit to this comfortable, fully equipped studio apartment, although we have stayed at one of Lily and Clive's' other apartments, which was also fabulous. The apartment is very central and it is located amongst the great restaurants, near Forville market where you can buy fresh produce and has a lovely view of the port from the balcony. The setting of the apartment and the ambience which you can feel whilst sitting on the balcony taking in the view during the day, or watching the hustle and bustle of life at night is truly exhilarating. We will be back!

We have stayed here before and are reluctant to give another excellent review as the more people attracted to it means less availability for us!! The apartment has the best balcony, best location and superb facilities. We can highly recommend using Audrius to meet at the airport and drive direct to the airport.

Me and my husband spent one week here over the Christmas period and really enjoyed our stay. The weather was fab and we enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning and even sunbathed for a couple of hours. The location of apartment is very central and it's easy to walk everywhere. We bought fruit and vegetables from Forville market and cooked lunches in the apartment. The kitchen is well equipped and has all the cooking appliances we needed plus there is a big fridge. The best thing about the apartment is the balcony with the amazing views of the Old Port. We'd recommend the apartment to a couple or to a single person looking for a studio in Cannes. We're planning to return to Cannes in the summer and would love to stay here again.

Das Appartement ist wirklich toll. Die Aussicht ist wunderbar und die Lage ist auch super. Sehr zentral, alles war zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Ausstattung war super, wir hatten einen geräumigen Schrank für Kleidung etc., die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Das einzige das zu bemängeln war ist das Schlafsofa, das war leider nicht sehr komfortabel. Wer völlige Ruhe sucht, ist da dann auch falsch. Die zentrale Lage hat natürlich auch ihren Preis, nachts ist es oft sehr laut. Alles in allem, super Aufenthalt und immer wieder gerne.

My partner and I recently stayed at this lovely studio apartment in Cannes. We had a fantastic time - the location was ideal, close to everything and the view from the cosy balcony was beautiful. I would highly recommend this spot for a couple or solo traveller. We will definitely be returning!

We loved our stay in Cannes at Lily & Clive's studio apartment. They were very gracious hosts with great recommendations for restaurants, nightlife, day trips, etc. Their local agent, Isabelle, was lovely as well. The apartment is small but the location, view and terrace made up for it. Be sure to pack light as there are 4 flights of stairs :-). Top floor gives great views!

This was our third stay in this lovely apartment which has a fantastic view over the port. We fully agree with all the previous reviews. The location is excellent with everything on the doorstep and it makes you feel you are part of the real Cannes. The apartment is clean and modern with everything you would need for a stay. The balcony is an ideal place to eat, drink, people watch and enjoy the fireworks and we spent many happy hours there. All communication with Clive and Lily was professional, prompt, helpful and very friendly. Isabelle was also also charming and friendly in her welcome. We really love the place and feel so at home there that we have made it a regular annual holiday destination and have booked to return next year. We would definitely recommend this wonderful apartment.

The apartment is located in a very heart of Cannes so you'll find everything you need just by your door. Cannes has excellent sandy beaches and they are only a few minutes easy stroll from the apartment along the beautiful La Croisette. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars to choose from in different price ranges. Fresh fruit and vegetable market (Forville) is only 2 minutes walk from the apartment so you can buy local food and /or simply enjoy a lovely brunch at one of the cafes. There are few excellent bakeries along rue Meynadier and lots of Italian ice-cream parlours in rue Felix Faure all located within a few minutes walk.
