Fabulous well equipped apartment. Ideal for us as a couple but enough space for a family. Had a fabulous week in Beaulieu as the location is so central for everything. Only downside was lack of air conditioning as the temperatures were so high however the 3 fans did a good job in keeping us cool. Just a word of warning- anyone using the train from Nice Augustin keep a close eye on your possessions as we think we had our passports stolen there. Really appreciated Maeve keeping in touch to make sure everything was ok for us. We will be back!!

Just spent 5 great days in Maeve's apartment. My sister and I have stayed in a variety of apartments in the Nice area. This is up there with the best. Even though it has only 1 bedroom the space under the mezzanine is like a 2nd bedroom giving each of us our own space. The apartment is very well equipped. There was nothing lacking. The location is brilliant. Bus, train, supermarket and restaurants are all only minutes away. Despite that the road itself is a quiet residential one so there's total silence at night. The patio benefited from sun all day but if it's too much there's an awning for shade-so much better than a parasol. Finally, Maeve works hard to stay in touch. She's always available to contact. Even though we didn't have any issues which required contacting her it was good to know it was possible.

Shower tray cracked, quality of towels and bed linen very bad, pillows stained and only one had a protector, cracks in wall plaster, beetles in bathroom, general smell of damp, air-conditioning unusable as too noisy and smelt bad.

A great location, 5 minutes from train, bus, restaurants, beach, and walking path along St.Jean Cap Ferrat. Very quiet despite central location. Separate sleeping room in loft. Maeve kept in contact with us at all times. Definitely a place to return to.

Quaint ,cosy,and comfortable , everything you need to have a relaxing holiday . Super location ,easy to get around by local bus or train both on your doorstep . A few minutes walking distance to the beach,shops,bars and restaurants . Easy transfer from the airport by local train.Lots to do and see ,surrounded by stunning scenery .We look forward to returning very soon. We had a wonderful weekend in beaulieu sur mer . The apartment was modern clean and a short walk to the beach and train station. The owner was In Constant contact with us to ensure that everything within the apartment ran smoothly. She also supplied lots of information on the local amenities which saved us looking for the best restaurants, shops etc ourselves. We have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation and location . We shall keep the owners number on speed dial as the apartment is so well placed to allow easy access to the towns and villages on the cote d'azur.

Fabulous location, close to shops, restaurants, bars. train station, etc. Maeve (The owner) was extremely helpful in forwarding information on Beaulieu. Information on where to go what to see, all very useful. Most definitely will visit again. Many thanks Maeve for all your assistance in making the trip a memorable one !!!!

We had a fantastic 2 weeks in this wonderful apartment, which is well equipped and an ideal location for the beach and town. We had a few day trips, and both the train station and bus stop are very close to the apartment. Our 5 year old son made friends with the neighbour's grandson and neither can wait to meet up again. We would highly recommend this apartment and look forward to returning in the future.

The property is perfectly positioned. The railway station and supermarket are about a 3 minute walk away. The square, which hosts a Provençal market each morning, and has table and chairs serviced by three bars in the afternoon/evening, is about a 5 min walk. The local beaches and port are about 5 minutes in the opposite direction. There are two beaches very close to the property and we walked to three others too. The beaches are not sandy unfortunately but I have read that sand is normally imported to these beaches during the really busy holiday period, so that probably happened just after we left Beaulieu. They weren't too busy. There was always plenty of space but you can be sure that there will be a few people sunbathing from 7am to well after 8pm. There is also a beautiful park where we preferred to sit on a few occasions, just opposite the beach by the very impressive clay tennis courts. There are plenty of things to do in Beaulieu itself and we walked to Villefranche-sur-mer on a couple of occasions and got the train back (just a 2 min journey on the train). We also walked to Saint Jean Cap Ferrat on quite a few occasions and loved the fishing port there, passing David Niven's beautiful home on the way. It was great watching small groups of all ages playing pétanque. Sometimes they played on designated areas, other times they'd just set up a game on paths. We did feel like lounging around a swimming pool on a few days and we discovered that The Hotel Delcloy, just on Saint Jean Cap Ferrat (about a 10 min walk) did a deal where you could use their very nice pool and have lunch. The views from their gardens are amazing. The apartment is very well-equipped. There's everything you need in the kitchen - not that we took full advantage of the kitchen as we ate out for the majority of the time but of course we kept drinks and fruit in the fridge. The mezzanine bedroom was very hot at night, although there are other options were you can sleep. The heat seemed to outweigh the air conditioning and we did have fabulous weather for all 12 days. The shower was great and it was really convenient having a washing machine. It was very nice having some private outside space too and the remote-controlled awning was effective and satisfying to operate! The WiFi signal was strong. Everything felt terribly safe. In Monte Carlo, one waiter told us that there is zero crime in Monaco and I feel this must be essentially true for Beaulieu too. We had a great holiday and would definitely like to return in future.

I enjoyed my stay in this lovely apartment, equipped with everything, situated in the heart of things in Beaulieu, at 2 minutes walking distance from the train station, the supermarket, the bus station and the beach. Internet connection is excellent. During my stay, the weather was abnormally hot and the air conditiong was outpowered, but aside from that, it was the perfect home for a nice vacation.
