Idéalement situé (en plein cœur de Trouville), avec vue sur les quais et à quelques mètres du fameux marché aux poissons, ce charmant studio lumineux a été refait à neuf.
Il est situé au 2ème étage (sans ascenseur) et dispose d'une cuisine ouverte toute équipée (cafetière, réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, plaques de cuisson...), d'une salle d'eau, ainsi que d'une agréable pièce à vivre. Cette dernière dispose d'un canapé convertible bénéficiant de la dernière génération du système « Rapido » (permettant un usage quotidien facile, sans enlever les coussins d’assise ni la couette), de nombreux rangements, d'une table et d'une TV (avec WIFI). Enfin les fenêtres sont équipées d'un double vitrage.
