This place is quite good because it was renovated just before we stayed there so all the equipments were pretty much new.
We were a bit concerned at first because there was no safe. In the end the place and the neighbourhood are very safe so it did not bother us actually.
The owner has a strong French accent but really made sure that we were comfortable.
I will consider definitely this place again for our next trip to Toulouse.
