A luxurious fully furnished loft (200 Sq.m) available for rent for holidays in the heart of historical district of Paris. This location is in a walking distance from most attractions in Paris such as Opera, the Louvre, Galeries Lafayette, les Halles, etc. In a small quite private street, it is surrounded by many bars, restaurants, museums and theaters. This place is ideal for big groups and families travelling together and need a nice place to relax at nights. The metro Bonne Nouvelle and the parking are right by the entrance of the building. Features : All you need to cook and dine inside, piano and guitar, books in English, accessible to disabled, etc.

Family vacation.
Our family of 10 (2-75) were delighted with this apartment. Plenty of room for kids to spread out. Kitchen was awesome and well stocked. Used frequently with small kids. You have done a wonderful job with an old building.
Minuses: very few. The downstairs bedrooms have curtains not doors. Was not a problem as we were family. Stairs and different levels would be an issue for people with mobility issues.
Pluses: so many. Location was perfect. Cafes, Metro few steps away, groceries easy to get. Can walk most places. 15 min to Louvre.
No AC but plenty of fans so not an issue.
Wi-Fi was excellent as we had multiple phone users, iPads and teenagers that don’t ever stop!
Kitchen, again great.
Loved the upstairs loft for the kids to hang out.
Would come back in a heartbeat.

Ideally located loft for a week end in Paris
Ideally located loft with everything on your doorsteps : shops, restaurants, metro... but sufficiently quiet as in a private alley.
We were 8 adults and the flat has a nice roomy lounge for a big group with characters. Enough space to eat all together. The kitchen has everything to eat in the flat.
We were welcomed by the owner’s daughter who is very friendly and took her time to explain how things work.
A little disappointed with the finishing touch : ex : the downstairs bedrooms are closed by curtains, one of the bed was a couch, the shower room upstairs needs a bit of TLC. But overall it was a good stay.

Superbe logement à Paris
Extrêmement bien situé dans Paris, confortable et spacieux. Les douches n’étaient pas extra car ne drainaient pas bien, il fallait faire attention pour ne pas faire déborder la base. Le wifi n’avait pas la capacité de supporter 7 personnes mais à part ça, c’est définitivement à recommander.

Deserves more stars!
We were so fortunate to find a flat that could accommodate two couples and a family of five in central Paris! The location is superlative, just around the corner from Boulevard Poissonniere (which becomes Boulevard Haussmann) and the Bonne Nouvelle Metro station. It’s a very easy walk to Galeries Lafayette and the Opera area, and only a couple of blocks from Hard Rock Paris, which pleased our teenagers. All my concerns about dining and meal prep were unfounded; there are numerous restaurants and food shops all around giving the option of dining out, or bringing the fixings back to prepare meals at the flat. Its location is down an alley with a gate at the sidewalk that is locked all weekend, and about 8 a.m. till morning daily that requires a code to open, providing security that we very much appreciated.
The flat has five bedrooms and three baths, with each bath having a shower and the largest equipped with a tub. Kitchen is small by American standards but very workable; we were able to prepare Easter dinner easily, and the table accommodated all nine of us. The living area is large and open. Two bedrooms and one bath are upstairs; those bedrooms have doors that close, but there is a step up to each right at the door to be mindful of. The staircase to the second floor is steep and steps are narrow (I believe Clara, our hostess, said they’re 17th century), so access to that floor could be a problem for those with mobility issues. Downstairs are three sleeping areas, each with a curtain in front rather than a door. One has a wall dividing it from the other two; those two have a curtain between them. One bath with a simple shower is located off the entry area, the other, the one with the tub, is in the back with the laundry room containing the washer attached.
Clara greeted us as we rolled our suitcases down the lane/alley; she had set up the apartment with a bottle of wine and glasses in the living area, and the dining table arranged with nine chairs, nine plates, cups, etc. She was also thoughtful enough to have provided nine croissants, plus milk and juice in the fridge, and tea and coffee, so that we could collapse after an exhausting overnight flight and not have to go out to buy these items!
Some small stuff: the flat is equipped with one hair dryer. There is no clothes dryer, but there is a large drying rack. There is some noise from the Metro line but not enough to be a bother.
In summary, I cannot say enough about how beautifully this apartment filled our needs! It was so spacious that we never felt cramped or confined, even when all nine of us were together. There was even enough room to easily conduct the annual family Easter Egg hunt! If you are able to book a stay here, you will be pleased indeed.

great place, great location
My family and I enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed to make us feel at home. The condo is located close to two different metro stops and this made it very easy to get around Paris. We will stay there again

Perfect Paris Location
Clara was immediately available when we arrived and needed to drop off our luggage. The loft is very unique and a fun space to stay. Our kids, 5 total, out of a group of 9 loved the piano and drums. We had a great time staying at this home. The locked gate gave us extra safety if the adults went up to the corner for a drink or food. The metro is literally on the corner and you can safely and conveniently get anywhere from the loft. Florence and Clara were always quick to respond to any questions we had about the home or neighborhood. This is definitely a great Paris rental.

Wonderful Loft
Spacious loft close to all the major sights. The host was very accommodating when we had to arrive a day early due to a pending snowstorm in our home state. The decor was warm and made the place feel like home. I loved the fact that a gym was right next door! The drains run down slow in the shower which can easily be fixed , I am sure. Overall, my 9 girlfriends and I had the perfect girls trip. I highly recommend this place for rental. It truly is a gem!

Hermoso lugar para compartir con amigos y familia
Un lugar hermoso, tiene todo para pasar un buen momento tanto con la familia como con amigos. Hay restorantes y bares a toda hora, linda zona para caminar, metro y bus para ir a todo Paris. Increíble la atención y la bienvenida de Clara, una persona espectacular que se preocupa por mostrar cómo disfrutar de la ciudad.

Family size living on Tour bus route

About the neighborhood
The very central Grands Boulevards neighbourhood are the 19th century district of the crazy Parisian nights. It is still a vibrant neighbourhood with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops ! These Grands Boulevards were built by Haussmann, in the 19th century, to put Paris on the map. The Boulevards comprise the area of the famous “Nuits Parisiennes” of Hoffenbach, the theatres, the concerts and ballets, the “French Cancan” and “the petites femmes de Paris who inspired the Impressionists and the cursed poets soaked in absinthe. They were also neighboring the Folies-Bergeres and the luxurious brothels, which were entertainment spaces for the burghers and nobles. The Grands Boulevards were an icon of Paris visited by foreigners as well as nationals craving for fun and entertainment.
