Appartement de 2 pièces (23 m²) au 3 ième étage sur cour intérieure calme. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur dans l'immeuble.
La cuisine est dans la pièce principale équipée d'une plaque électrique avec 2 feux, d'un four et d'un petit frigo.
Une salle de bain avec douche, lavabo, WC, un sèche-serviettes, machine à laver le linge et toutes les serviettes sont fournis.
Le linge de maison est fourni. Chauffage électrique. Une chambre avec un lit double et un lit simple.
Proche de l'appartement, vous trouverez des magasins d'alimentations, un des meilleurs fromagers de Paris, des restaurants, des brasseries, une poissonnerie, 2 magasins bio, des glaciers, des chocolateries, des cafés.
Le métro est à 5 min à pied.

Decoroso appartamentino realmente a 10 minuti dalla Tour Eiffel. Strategico per usufruire di tutti i servizi nel centro di Parigi e per vivere la città nello stesso quartiere.

Very nice
This appartment is very close to a bakery and supermarkets are around the corner.
The owner is very friendly, responds to questions quickly and is truthfully.
As we live in the countryside, we looked for an appartment which is quite at night.
As this appartment is not located at the street side, you don't hear any traffic.
However, as the appartment is in an old charming building, the upper neighbor's could be heard as well. With help of earplugs we did sleep well.
Everything you need is in the appartment and all is clean and works well. The beds are clean and comfortable. I would book this appartment again. We enjoyed our stay.

Les photos correspondent à l'appartement, la propriétaire est disponible si besoin dès qu'on lui envoie un texto. Quartier très agréable, animé grâce aux commerces qui sont à deux rues mais très calme une fois à l'appartement dont les fenêtres donnent sur une petit cour intérieure. Il se trouve à 10 mn à pied de la Tour Eiffel et à 400 du premier métro. La WIFI fonctionne très bien.
Je recommande volontiers cette location.

Great location in Paris
This apartment is located near Invalide and the Eiffel Tower. On the 4th floor(American/ 3rd French, take note, no lift) which was not a problem for me, on a quiet street. It is one block from Rue Cler which is a pedestrian French market street with local shops , stalls, and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and has some food items there which the owner Anna encourages you to use. Buying groceries in the area has many options. The Metro Ecole Militier stop is nearby so you can go anywhere you like. I enjoyed my stay in this apartment and it was exactly what I needed. I was traveling alone and feel that it is perfect for one or two. There is no television which was fine with me, I would have liked one comfortable chair as I like to sit and read, but the chairs at the kitchen table served me well. I would surely stay there again when I return to Paris which is fairly often and would recommend it to others. Its strongest feature is location.

Great place to stay. Not for people with mobility issues.
Small apartment, as expected in Paris. Great place though and well situated. It has everything a visitor may need. Third floor walk-up, so be prepared for some (steep, spiral) stairs. Anne (the owner) is wonderful. Her English is passable and we could make ourselves understood. She pointed out how to get around and places of interest.
Situated and a wonderful neighborhood with an authentic French feel and nearby groceries, places to eat, etc. We actually enjoyed watching the neighborhood wake up as we waited for a ride to a tourist attraction.
I would definitely recommend this place to a couple or maybe a couple with a child or two interested in authentic French surroundings as opposed to "touristy" and luxurious accommodations.

Appartement au calme, commode et très bien placé
Séjour avec 2 enfants en bas âge durant les vacances de la Toussaint 2019. L'accueil de la propriétaire était très chaleureux. L'appartement est petit mais très bien agencé, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont modernes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine. De plus son emplacement permet d'atteindre le champ de Mars en 10 minutes à pied, le musée de l'Armée, les Invalides, le musée Rodin. Le quartier est très commerçant et calme. L'appartement est situé sur cour au 3ème étage et l'immeuble est très calme. Le réseau de bus est très dense à proximité ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans les quartiers limitrophes (16ème, 8ème, 15ème). Bref c'est une belle découverte!
