The location is unbeatable, we walked to the Eiffel tower so many times, everything was centric, EVERYTHING that you need is steps away, food, restaurants, shops, farmacy, currency exchange, several groceries, metro, bus, super safe, super nice but the best thing is, hans down is the Hostess Ms. Anne, she helped us every day during our stay, her recommendations for food, places and go to get there were super good, she was always available and happy to help us, she made everything so smooth and nice! Thank you so much! (she speaks English, Spanish and French and is one of the noblest and coolest people we had meet). La locación de este apartamento es la mejor, literalment el mejor sitio que nos hemos quedado mientras visitamos París, hay tiendas de todo cerquita, una panadería en frente, 2 tiendas de comestibles en frente, restaurantes buenisimos en cualquier ángulo que veas, el metro y el autobus a pasos de allí, la torre Ifel ni si diga! a cuadras! nosotros fuimos varias veces solo por caminar de lo cerca que estaba, pudimos cocinar todas las noches y bajar solo por croissants y regresar y hacernos los cafecitos y los huevitos super cool para empezar el dia, la pizzeria y los cafes en frente del apartamento son buenisimos las mayoría de las personas que nos atendieron todas hablablan Ingles y la gran mayoria tambien Espanol, el cafe Central (asi se llama) que esta abajo hacen un chocolate pero de la madre, estilo latino sabes? grueso rico y con soya! buenisimo para el estomago ja ja ja, Pero de verdad con todo lo perfecto que fue lo que nos impresionó mas fue que linda y chida y cool es la Sra Anne, la host, fue genial, super cool, super moderna, nos guio excelente, siempre estuvo allí para todas las preguntas, habla 3 idiomas, y cada pendejada que necesitabamos nos ayudo, lo maximo, estuvimos super impresionados, sin duda ya tenemos sitio a donde regresar cada vez que visitemos Paris. L'emplacement est imbattable, nous avons marché jusqu'à la tour Eiffel tant de fois, tout était centré, TOUT ce dont vous avez besoin est à quelques pas, nourriture, restaurants, magasins, pharmacie, bureau de change, plusieurs épiceries, métro, bus, super sûr, super sympa mais la meilleure chose est que l'hôtesse Mme Anne, elle nous a aidés tous les jours pendant notre séjour, ses recommandations pour la nourriture, les endroits et aller pour s'y rendre étaient super bonnes, elle était toujours disponible et heureuse de nous aider, elle rendu tout si lisse et agréable! Merci beaucoup! (elle parle anglais, espagnol et français et est l'une des personnes les plus nobles et les plus cool que nous ayons rencontrées).

L'appartamento è piccolo ma grazioso e funzionale, c'è tutto. La posizione è vicina alla tour eiffel. 10 min a piedi. L'appartamento è all'ultimo piano, quindi ci sono delle scale da fare

Appartment is located in a quiet street, 10-15 min walk from Eifel Tower. It has everything you need for a short stay, except hairdryer. The owner is very helpfull, provided us with all the maps. Would stay there again.

The host, Anne, was so kind and helpful. She provided recommendations and all the necessities that you will need. The apartment was clean and safe and had a great location. It was close to the metro and had a great neighborhood. I would recommend staying here for the others as well as I would consider staying here myself again.

Très agréable, quartier cosy, propriétaire très aimable, location confortable, bien équipée, nous sommes restés 4 nuits

Séjour avec 2 enfants en bas âge durant les vacances de la Toussaint 2019. L'accueil de la propriétaire était très chaleureux. L'appartement est petit mais très bien agencé, la cuisine et la salle de bain sont modernes. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour faire la cuisine. De plus son emplacement permet d'atteindre le champ de Mars en 10 minutes à pied, le musée de l'Armée, les Invalides, le musée Rodin. Le quartier est très commerçant et calme. L'appartement est situé sur cour au 3ème étage et l'immeuble est très calme. Le réseau de bus est très dense à proximité ce qui permet de se rendre facilement dans les quartiers limitrophes (16ème, 8ème, 15ème). Bref c'est une belle découverte!

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cet appartement idéalement situé et très fonctionnel. Anne fait tout pour que le séjour se passe bien je recommande ++++!

Small apartment, as expected in Paris. Great place though and well situated. It has everything a visitor may need. Third floor walk-up, so be prepared for some (steep, spiral) stairs. Anne (the owner) is wonderful. Her English is passable and we could make ourselves understood. She pointed out how to get around and places of interest. Situated and a wonderful neighborhood with an authentic French feel and nearby groceries, places to eat, etc. We actually enjoyed watching the neighborhood wake up as we waited for a ride to a tourist attraction. I would definitely recommend this place to a couple or maybe a couple with a child or two interested in authentic French surroundings as opposed to "touristy" and luxurious accommodations.

This apartment is located near Invalide and the Eiffel Tower. On the 4th floor(American/ 3rd French, take note, no lift) which was not a problem for me, on a quiet street. It is one block from Rue Cler which is a pedestrian French market street with local shops , stalls, and restaurants. The apartment is well equipped and has some food items there which the owner Anna encourages you to use. Buying groceries in the area has many options. The Metro Ecole Militier stop is nearby so you can go anywhere you like. I enjoyed my stay in this apartment and it was exactly what I needed. I was traveling alone and feel that it is perfect for one or two. There is no television which was fine with me, I would have liked one comfortable chair as I like to sit and read, but the chairs at the kitchen table served me well. I would surely stay there again when I return to Paris which is fairly often and would recommend it to others. Its strongest feature is location.
