LE CALME ET LA PROXIMITE
Ce coquet studio de 32M2 est situé dans une résidence calme et arborée dans les hauteurs d'Ajaccio.(quartier du casone).
Le plage du trottel, le sentier du bois des anglais, le port de plaisance, le marché, tout est accessible à pied.
LA VUE
Comme il est agréable après une journée bien chargée de se détendre et de prendre ses repas sur la petite terrasse exposée Sud Ouest avec vue sur la mer.
L'EQUIPEMENT
Le séjour est composé de deux grands canapés lits, un téléviseur écran plat, une chaîne HIFI, un lecteur DVD, un bahut avec une partie de la vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine (barbecue électrique, etc...)
La petite cuisine a été rénovée cet été et dispose d'un réfrigérateur congélateur, d'un four traditionnel, micro ondes, grille pain, robot, etc...

Appartement Agréable
Appartement très confortable (2 ascenseurs), propre et très bien équipé.
Lieu calme.
Propriétaire et personne s'occupant des clefs très sympa.
Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances.
