L'appart is a charming newly-renovated apartment situated in an 18th century townhouse, located in the heart of historic Beaune. It is made of a spacious apartment, a courtyard and a private balcony. <BR>Located on the 2nd floor of the house, overlooking ancient buildings' architecture and Beaunoise rooftops. <BR>New fully equipped kitchen with dining table, sitting room (with sofa bed), two spacious bedrooms (one large double and two singles or large double, baby cot), bathroom with shower, adorned with burgundian stone tiles and wooden floor. <BR>We offer a free car park in a secure underground parking which is a two minute walk from the apartment. Everything you could need (or want) and more
The apartment is ideally located, close to the centre of town, wonderful shops, food, wine, restaurants. The apartment is just lovely, great bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living area Virgine is a wonderful host ... this is a very special town to visit and a wonderful place to stay.

Fabulous Location
This apartment is ideally located in Beaune, which means easy walking into the centre. It is a very comfortable apartment, spacious & had reliable wifi. If travelling by car, it is better suited to a smaller car, as the garage requires backing into & there is minimal space....quite scarey! The apartment is up 3 flights of stairs and there is no lift. The owner was very welcoming & lives close by which is also helpful.

L'Appart made our stay in Beaune just perfect!
This is a wonderful apartment and Virginie, the owner, is an example of how to prepare for and host guests in a rental situation.
Beaune is a gorgeous place; and in May/early June it is not too crowded. The apartment is charming, quiet, spacious, well-set up and furnished and is in a fantastic location- right in one of the most historic streets in Beaune looking out on a row of wonderful, heritage buildings from one aspect and onto quaint, higgedly- piggedly ancient rooftops from another angle.
The apartment is elegant and quaint at the same time -quality linens, top appliances and comfortable furnishings, including a great bed. There is a nice outdoor area just outside the apartment- we ate there and sat enjoying a drink in utter privacy and comfort. We slept well as the master bedroom looking over the courtyard is secluded from all street noise...not that there is much at night.
The place is big and bright and very easy to live in: it has been renovated to a very high standard.
And then there's Virginie....a fabulous hostess. It was a pleasure to deal with her from the outset: she answered my many queries promptly and informatively. She was the perfect landlady- discreet and professional but warm and responsive when we needed advice or assistance. She provided excellent restaurant recommendations, pointing us to places we would not have found without her and helping us avoid the tourist trap mediocrity!
We got caught up in the French train strike and Virginie was marvellous in helping us sort out solutions; she went way above and beyond her brief as a landlady and we were very appreciative.
I am a very experienced renter all around Europe and the U.K. And L'Appart ranks very high on my list of desirable places to stay. We stayed two weeks here and in that time any shortcomings do become obvious-there were none! It is a genuine find in a beautiful part of France.

Perfect accomidation for two couples in Beaune
We had a great stay in this apartment. Well equipped, comfortable, two real beds and a pull out couch available. Location is great, can't go wrong here. Smooth check-in procedure.

Perfect, perfect spot in Beaune!!
We were two friends staying for a long weekend in Beaune. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. What a beautiful, comfortable place to stay. Perfectly located, free parking right around the corner, great wifi, nespresso machine (bring your own pods), c'est parfait!! The owner was very nice and helpful, and easy going. Really recommend. If you're terribly out of shape and can't handle two easy stories, however, best avoid!

Fabulous
Our stay in Beaune was amazing. The apartment was perfect. It was very clean. It was recently renovated and the kitchen and bathroom were very modern and functional. The location was central and we could easily walk to all of the local sites and restaurants. It was also a short walk to the train station for trips to other cities. Our hosts Virginie and William were very hospitable and welcoming.

Fantastic location in the heart of town!
Our family of 5 including two young children stayed a L'appart for 4 nights...lovely apartment with a spectacular location. We were able to walk to the playground, restaurants, sights and train station all within a few minutes. The owners were lovely to deal with throughout the process.

A Great Place to Stay in Beaune
My wife and I stayed 3 nights in L'Appart in September 2013. The apartment had been recently renovated and was in as new condition throughout. Well, comfortably and tastefully furnished , a well equipped kitchen and centrally located to make access to the many attractions,restaurants,shops etc. just a short walk it is was ideal for our stay. We would definitely stay there again should we again visit Beaune. Virgine & William are very welcoming hosts.
