Domaine de Kokotia is a quiet idyllic family complex with terraced houses in the Acotz area of St Jean de Luz, 4.5 km from the centre of St Jean de Luz itself.

The nearest beach is 200m from complex and many more along the coastal path.

Rental of the property provides access to the excellent on-site facilities: Shared use of a swimming pool, open between mid June & mid September), 2 x tennis courts, children's playground, Frontón to play pelota, little football pitch with goals and basketball hoops.

The shopping centre is 1 km away from the property. Parking is available in front of the house.

The summit of La Rhune dominates the view from the (60m2) back garden and terrace area (garden furniture and BBQ provided).

The house has recently been refurbished with a new kitchen with all modern facilities and new shower rooms.

Bedroom 1 on ground floor with double size bed and beautiful views over back garden and Pyrenees.
Bedroom 2 with double size bed 140 cm, on the mezzanine with sloping lower ceiling.
Bedroom 3 with double bed 120 cm, again on the mezzanine with sloping lower ceiling.
One double sofa bed.

Bathroom 1 on ground floor includes: shower, wash basin, WC and bidet.
Bathroom 2 on mezzanine with shower, wash basin, WC.

The upstairs mezzanine with sloping lower ceiling may not be suitable for elderly or infirm. Access to mezzanine by spiral staircase.

February,Easter, May and October half term will have an extra £50 charge per week
A deposit of £200 will be taken and returned within days after leaving if there is no damage in the house and if it doesn't need extra cleaning. You are responsible for keeping and leaving the property in clean and tidy condition, and all the rubish removed. Cleaning can be arranged at an additional charge of 18€ per hour. Please inform us upon booking.

The bay of St Jean is the finest natural harbour in southwest France. In St Jean de Luz bay there are sailing and scuba diving schools. There are also organised children's activities on the beach. The town has all the facilities you would expect, such as shops, banks, restaurants (a lot!) and evening events including 'toro de fuego'(an imitation bull with fireworks and confetti fights for the children). There are often bands playing in the town square. Bars are open late and the locals are friendly! Several cafes, restaurant and shop only walking distance.
