Terribile vacanza rovinata!

Ho soggiornato in questa casa dal 23 gennaio 2018 al 28 gennaio 2018 con altre due amiche,esperienza terribile, la sera appena arrivate abbiamo dovuto cercare un'altro alloggio perchè la casa era stata appena pitturata e puzzava terribilmente di vernice. Il giorno dopo abbiamo riferito tutto ciò alla proprietaria pensando che ci trovasse un'altra sistemazione ma la sua risposta è stata quella di tenere aperte le finestre.La vernice ancora fresca era stata schizzata ovunque, ci siamo ritrovati qualche indumento sporco di vernice. Inoltre, l'igiene è pessima, divano letto puzzava ed era pieno di polvere e non parliamo del resto della casa.Siamo anche rimaste senza luce, ciò significa che abbiamo perso un giorno della nostra vacanza perchè impossibilitati a lavarci, ecc...Inoltre, dal momento in cui siamo andate via, la proprietaria ha incominciato ad importunarci, chiede 800 €. di danni, ma in base a che? Ha valutato lei, ci accusa di aver fumato in casa, ovviamente non è vero, ci accusa di aver rotto lo sgabello, invece era già rotto, tanto è vero che la mia amica sedentosi è caduta e si è fatta male(abbiamo foto), asserisce anche che abbiamo rotto le ruote del divano perchè nuovo di due settimane e non è vero, il divano era vecchio, sporco e puzzolente,la cosa più ridicola e che ci rimprovera di aver trovato liquido nel contenitore della spazzatura. Adotta questo metodo per fare soldi, altrimenti non si spiega, siamo noi che dovremmo chiedere i danni, per averci fatto intossicare, per il prurito provocato dalla polvere e per averci rovinato la vacanza. La casa è carina ma non è come nelle foto, è molto trascurata e sudicia, non è del tutto vero che arriva a 5 posti letto, il quinto posto letto secondo lei sarebbe una sudicia branda pieghevole, non abbiamo avuto nemmeno il coraggio di toccarla. Al momento della prenotazione ha detto che era inclusa la prima colazione, abbiamo trovato gli avanzi dei vacanzieri precedenti,qualche pacchetto di biscotti aperto e quasi finito, il barattolo dello zucchero sporco all'interno, al nostro reclamo ha risposto: non facciamo bed and breakfast. Didn't even make it in

Booked through Expedia in November for an august stay, you'd expect that 8 months in advance would be pretty safe but no. Itinerary on Expedia stated "booked and confirmed, no need to call to confirm". Not being a hotel I thankfully did to work out how to check in, only to be told my reservation was coming up as a "cancellation" and someone else had booked it. This stay was booked as part of a birthday present to someone involving 2 days at silverstone for the MotoGP. Now all completely ruined as can't find alternative accommodation. Below reviews mentions double booking as well so I would avoid this place.

Awful stay

We rented the property for one nights stay. We arrived at the property where we could not gain entrance and was waiting outside of the property for over 45 minutes. When we did get a hold of the landlord we were told the property was double booked! Despite that we did gain entrance to the property to find that it does not have what is stated on the website - there is a double bed, no single beds and only a sofa bed and camp bed. The worst part for us was returning to the property at the end of our evening to find we had no electricity, no hot water, no heating and had no joy from the fuse box or folder that was left for us with guidance to get the basic amenities. Complaint is currently being investigated. Would not recommend.

Pretty bad

Could not get in .. had to wait 30 mins. Given key but not safe as key in box outside too. Not as many beds as booked. Very small and no iron just ironing bored .. im booking in the hilton or novetel next time for less money more space air con the list goes on 😔
