In excellent condition and maintained to a high standard. . Ideal house to rent for a holiday, near the sea, the Golf Course. Childrens play area on site. House in a Cul-de-Sac. Kellys hotel near by. 10 Min from Rosslare harbour ferry. Recreation centre locally with Tennis courts. Crazy golf etc.,Cinema nearby.Excellent Restaurants near. No under 25 allowed rent the house. This is a NON SMOKING house/garden. There is internet in the house. But not suitable for streaming. A selection of videos are supplied. The garden is fully enclosed. Please use the cover for the cloths line when not in use. There is a house security deposit of €250 payable to the owner. This is refundable minus the electricity charge - the meter is read upon arrival and departure. The balance is returned to the to the guest within a week of departure or sooner

Holiday
We stay here for a week , nice house and good location with everything you would need.
Large garden as well , great for the kids.
We would recommend it and will definitely be going back again

Lovely house great location
Lovely house well equipped smart TV ideal for Netflix etc.
Fantastic good size private garden with lovely view.
Great location near Rosslare strand, and short driving distance to amenities like Johnstown castle, carne beach and the Imax cinema.
Rosslare strand beautiful beach with good places to to for a meal Sinnots, Kellys hotel and Costal Rosslare Strand. Will definitely like vist again.

Lovely house in good location and also good for young children.
We stayed here for a week in June and it was an ideal location within walking distance to the village of Rosslare strand and the beach. There are plenty of things to see and do in the area and loads of nice beaches, Carne beach and Currocloe Beach, were our two favorites. Lovely walks around Rosslare Strand village itself and also in the grounds of Johnstown Castle and Raven Wood Nature Reserve.
The house itself is very well maintained and in excellent condition, Wi-Fi, TV with both British and Irish Channels available with the function on the tv to stream netflix and youtube. There is a DVD player too, with a very good selection of DVD's there also, we didn't use that on our visit but a nice facility to have if the weather was not as good as we had it. Board games and loads of books are available in the house also. The closed in back garden is a real bonus for those with young children and the playground just outside the front door is also a great bonus for the young ones. Garden furniture and BBQ are also made available. There was absolutely no issue in any of our dealings with the owner of the property, in fact we found all our dealings with the owner of the property to be excellent. All in all I would have not hesitation in recommending this house to any family.

Spacious and very close to all Rosslare has to offer.
This is a lovely three bed house with three bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen and lots of storage in the bedrooms. The lounge has an open fire and the wifi was good enough to bing watch Netflix! The garden is big but the outside furniture is limited and no bbq. Walking distance to the beach, bars and restaurants. A children's playground a stones throw from the front door but the house was never noisy, particularly at night.

Grangewood Holiday Hime
Had a great week in Rosslare, made more special with this accommodation. The house was immaculate and contained everything required during our stay. The owner ensured all safety regulations we there to ensure we complied with all the covid regulations. All amenities within walking distance and I would highly recommend.

Ideal rental cottage in Rosslare Strand
The location is great. Everywhere in this great little town and the beach is within walking distance, and also it is very bike friendly. We rarely used the car once we arrived. The estate is great with a well maintained playground for the kids, and very safe, no one locks their bikes.
The cottage itself is perfect, everything works and has everything a family would need. The garden is huge for a cottage, and very well maintained. Owner very easy to deal with.
Overall a great experience and will rent again if available,

Perfect family holiday home
This holiday home is Just perfect for a relaxing, home from home holiday in Wexford. We have stayed and re booked .
The house is perfect for every age. It is immaculate with plenty of room, full modern amenities, a big back garden , playground and wifi. The location is superb, as there are children of all ages , but not too noisy, and is about a 15 min walk to the beach and restaurants, shops, coffee shops etc..or a 5 minute drive. Rosslare Strand has all you need for a relaxing friendly holiday, and I would have no hesitation recommending this house , one of the best!

A great location to tour the South East Ireland
Grangewood is a comfortable, well equipped cottage ideal when you have 3 senior citizens in your party. Within a 30 minute drive of most of the main tourist sites and beaches of Wexford, it is a great base for a holiday in the sunny (and it was genuinely sunny) south east. The owner was always willing to provide advice and deal with our questions. In fact one of our party left their purse behind and the owner forwarded it back to us, with no extra charge! What great service.

Horrible accusations within 3 hours of leaving house....had to fight to get security deposit
We spent a very hot and wonderful week in Rosslare July 17-23. It was a much need respite break from being a full time carer for my 91 yr old Mum. My sister's family, hubby, and 2 teenage nephews joined me for the week. It was close to home if an emergency arose with my mum in respite care. The house met all our needs with a lovely fenced in yard for our little dog. The house is 14 years old and as a summer rental there is the usual wear and tear but overall it was comfortable. We cleaned the house before leaving and pointed out a few things to the house manager that needed attention. She commented on how clean we left the home.
Within 3 hours of our return home I received a horrible email from the owner with accusations of having stained the carpets ( marks were there when we arrived, as you would expect from carpets used in a rental home ), of scratching the countertops by not using the chopping boards (they were old and stained but we used them and not the countertop) and worst of all suggested we allowed our dog to urinate on the sheets and mattress!!!! (Two of the sheets had false tan on them) The owner made these accusations without having visited her home and blamed us for having to cancel her next renters (calendar was showing free until mid July) she said she would have to replace all carpets and countertops and mattresses.
We were extremely upset that someone would think we were the type of people who would disrespect someone's property this way. It totally ruined what was a lovely holiday. She was refusing to return the security deposit and hinted that the damage caused would amount to more charges. I challenged the owner on the accusations and suggested she send before and after photos to substantiate her claims of damage. When she visited her house to check the "so called damage" she agreed that the chopping boards needed replacing and nothing more was said about the supposed damage to countertops, carpets or mattresses....no apology was made.
If you are renting this home I suggest you bring your own linens, cover the carpets, avoid cooking anything. Take photos of everything as soon as you arrive ( we were too trusting and nieve) lest you get accused for imaginary damages and for actually using the facilities. Very upset and hurt by my dealings with this owner. I will never rent this home again.

Fantastic
Great place to stay but a bit away from beach but that did not bother us as grandkids had a ball out playing all time as there lots of other kids around it was hard to get them to come in car when we wanted to go out and even harder at bedtime as they had so much fun in the safe complex and we could see them from house we staying in. Great places to go to every day like hookhead lighthouse ,st johns castle.loads of things to do and a great beach in Rosslare .
