This was a holiday we thought was cancelled because of Covid 19 but then the restriction for travel was lifted and we got in in the nick of time. What can i say only WOW (again). This must be our 6th time in the last 7 years to rent Sea View Cottage. We all absolutely love this little gem of a cottage/place. We were a party of four adults and two children and of course the two dogs. Everything about the cottage is spot on. The kitchen was immaculate as were all the other rooms. Very spacious bedrooms and one of the bedrooms has an en suite. The decking area is huge and from where there is an amazing view of the sea. There are two beaches - one to the right and one to the left - and both are fantastic and are ideal for children also. We went swimming every day (even the dogs). The garden area is also fab and child and dog proof which was amazing. You dont have to worry about the children or dogs going astray. They were well and truly fenced in so to speak. We bbq'd most days out on the decking or when the weather was good. It really is a fab decking area. All the linen, towels etc were spotless and the beds so comfy. The area around the cottage is also fab. Rosslare Harbour and strand , bars and supermarkets are only a little drive away. Not to mention loads of other beaches in the area. Before i finish i would like to say that the owner, Lorraine, of Sea View Cottage is also a little gem. As i have said in an earlier review we feel we have known her all our lives. She is so kind and considerate and so easy to talk to. All in all we had a fantastic holiday again and hope to return next year. Bernadine

We had a very enjoyable holiday, cottage in a beautiful setting, very clean and well maintained. Only negative BBQ could do with a cleaning.

Stayed at Seaview Cottage June bank holiday weekend. Great location, just a stones throw from the beach, and golf practically on the doorstep. The house was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The view from the back is stunning. Will definitely return.

Location is very good if you want to be near the beach but the the house is in need of a repaint and damp on wall to be treated. Patch painting/touching up was poorly done and made the house look very tired and in need of redecorating. Location: It’s walking distance to St. Helens beach & a lovely coastline walk. The facilities on the resort could do with upgrading. Goal posts on the green outside of houses have no bar and the basketball net has no net. St. Helens is quieter and more isolated compared to Rosslare Strand but the beach is far superior in my opinion. We drove to Rosslare to use the playground, crazy golf etc. Overall we were disappointed with the house but liked the location.

Seaview cottage is in a fantastic location with easy access to a beautiful beach. Garden was large and secure which suited our 2 dogs. Perfect for long walks and also a golf course. The clubhouse is open to non members and staff were very friendly. Inside the house was fairly basic and in need of updating but had all the essentials. As a base from which to explore the Wexford area Seaview cottage was exactly what we needed.

The cottage had everything you need for a comfortable stay Plenty of kitchen utensils Great to be able to light the coal fire View from conservatory is stunning and great to have access to beach from back garden The beach is so clean and stretches on for miles Great location for peace and guide but also not too far from Wexford town

Great Location and was really 2 mins to the beach. Great enclosed garden where our 2 dogs could run and play. The cottage was lovely with the sun room at the back an added plus. Very thoughtful bottle of red awaiting when we arrived which was late due to holdups on the M50. Couldn't have asked for a better holiday, even the weather was brilliant. The week flew by too quickly, would love to have stayed for another week.

The location was perfect for a quiet and relaxing get away from it all, with the beautiful Rosslare beach almost at the back garden of the property, which accommodated long refreshing beach walks with my dog, whatever the weather! I will definitely return in the near future.

The website promised a lot and it all turned out to be true. The house is comfortable, cosy , well-furnished and offers lovely views of the sea and surrounding countryside. Within a few steps, there's a fabulous safe beach where I swam everyday and a welcoming golf club with a very well maintained course with some very interesting holes - particularly on the back nine. The cliff walk is also wonderful! The house has all mod cons with good beds and the deck is spacious and has very comfortable furniture. Nearby at Rosslare Strand there are fabulous restaurants of which 'Tides' has to be commended for some of the best seafood I've ever tasted. Time spent in Seaview offers a choice between complete relaxation and peace or a range of activities at your fingertips. In my experience, this is a rare enough combination.

We enjoyed our stay at Seaview and would recommend it to family and friends. The close proximity to the beach made it very enjoyable. We certainly are considering returning next year. David and Nel
