Child friendly 2 bed house in quiet cul-de-sac. Secure, private garden. Master bed room has queen sized bed, en-suite with pumped shower. Second bedroom has double bed. Both bedrooms can accommodate a cot (which we do not provide). Main shower room also has a pumped shower, with rain head. Kitchen comes with fridge freezer, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and bread maker, as well as a few other handy items, dining table with 5 chairs. Living room is complete with 3 seat couch, armchair, foot poof, TV, DVD player, cable TV with Sky Sports and wifi. There is also gas central heating, which also heats the water. Very close to motorway network for routes nationwide. 10 minute drive to Dublin airport. 5 minute drive to the Pavilions shopping center, which includes multi-screen cinema. Swords town center is also a 5 minute drive away which has many fine restaurants and pubs. Other local towns include Portmarnock, Malahide and Howth which are all a 15 - 20 minute drive away. Portmarnock is noted for its beach, while Malahide has many restaurants and pubs as well as a beach. Both towns have train stations which has a regular service to Dublin City. Howth is a harbour town which is famous for its fish restaurants and is home to Deerpark golf gourse which has panoramic views of Dublin and its surroundings. Donabate and Portrane are towns with clean, quiet beaches about 20 minutes by car. More

About the neighborhood
The neighbourhood is a quiet residential area, with a small playground only a short walk away (200 m). Local park and playing fields and tennis courts are also a short walk away (200 m) in the opposite direction. There is a large retail park less than 2 km away. A Tesco supermarket, pharmacy and café are only a two or three minute walk away, with a Thai restaurant due to open shortly.
Getting around
There is a bus route about 300 m away which will take you into Dublin city centre. This costs about €3 - €4 one way. A car would be an advantage to get to other destinations. There is very easy access to the M1 and M50 motorways for access to destination around Dublin city and to other parts of Ireland.
