This apartment is full of original character in a prime location ideal for beach and shops. There are two double bedrooms, bedroom one king size bed, (bedroom 2 is a twin) both have wardrobes.
The bathroom has a w/c wash hand basin large bath and shower. There is on street parking at the front of apartment and parking permits provided.
We had a really nice stay in this lovely apartment. Great location and parked the car outside in the street, with a permit provided. It has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Only problem i had was trying to get the oven to work, when we come back i will ask Ian for instructions. Another thing was the bins were not being put out, and are full, so had to use someone else's bin. These are just small things and did not effect our stay. We will return and hopefully get a bit better weather

Ayr Stay
Friendly and helpful owners, House lovely and clean and well equipped, well situated close to the beach and shops, we all had a great time!
Only negative was the warning from the neighbour about noise before we even got in the house, however she was friendly when we saw her throughout our visit

Immaculate flat in great location
Haven't been to this flat in few years as I wanted to try out other rentals in Ayr. Have tried three or four other properties but I can honestly say this is the best one in Ayr and surrounding area we have stayed at. Good value for money, quiet location, local to shops and beach but above all else immaculately clean. Can't rate this flat highly enough. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic apartment
We would like to thank Ian and Audrey for letting us stay in their fantastic apartment! It is a great place to stay to explore the Ayrshire coast! Clean, modern and spacious and has everything you need for a good holiday, we would definitely book again!

Spacious, modern decor and comfy beds.
Elegant Georgian house, Town centre location, close to the beach. One reserved parking space is essential in Ayr!

Lovely spacious flat
We stayed in the flat for 2 weeks with our 2 kids (2.5yrs and 6months). It was perfect for us and the flat looks even better than on the pictures.

Excellant accomodation
I've been going to Ayr for 10years at this time of year for the national bowls and I have to say this is our best yet. The accommodation is all it says and more as you can't see in the pictures how bright and spacious the whole place is. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere near the town center and beach as it's only a 5 minutes walk to both. The kitchen was well stocked and the cleanliness was second to none.

Best apartment in Ayr
Coming from Ayr, I can say this is a great location between the town centre and the beach. The rooms are large, the decor modern and a very relaxing place to be. Well equipped, clean and comfortable. Parking was easy and we got on well with the neighbours.

Nicely furnished clean flat in good location
Nicely furnished and very clean. Good location near the beach. Had little extras that are very helpful like tea and coffee.
