Former farmhouse set in a private landscaped courtyard. Countryside setting just to the southern edge of Minishant village. Upstairs contains 4 double bedrooms three of which have an on-suite shower room, one having a wash hand basin and W.C. Downstairs contains two entrance halls each having W.C's and wash-hand basins. A large double bedroom with full on-suite and walk in shower. A good sized 'L' shaped lounge and dining room, a further lounge containing a quality double sofa divan, and another formal lounge with door out to the rear gardens. The property has a newly fitted large open kitchen with breakfast bar, seating area and patio doors out to a private courtyard. We always personally meet our guests, show them around the property and give them sets of keys. We live in an adjacent property and are on hand to assist and offer advise to guests in order to maximise the enjoyment of their stay.

Getting around
Good public transport with airports at Prestwick and Glasgow. Train services are available from both Maybole and Ayr. Buses offer a regular services for those not wishing to drive. Good motorway links to the main cities of Glasgow and Edinburgh.
