A very comfortable and stylish apartment which is located close to Inverness city centre. A perfect location, whether you are staying for a short city break, here for business, or looking for a base to explore the Highlands and Islands.

This ground floor apartment benefits from it's own private entrance, and is fully furnished. The accommodation consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom and open plan kitchen/dining area with access to a private garden and outdoor patio.

The bedroom accommodates a double bed, wardrobe and plenty of storage, the living room has a three seater sofa & chair and TV, DVD player and Hi-fi. The fully fitted kitchen is well equipped with a washing machine, electric cooker, microwave oven and fridge. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

We had a pleasant week in Avril's holiday rental. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well stocked. There was also a nice welcome basket of goodies and a wealth of current tourist information and maps. Nothing seemed to have been overlooked. The apartment was a perfect base for exploring Inverness and the surrounding area. Thank you Avril!

No.49 is located on the A82 (Kenneth Street) and conveniently has a parking permit right opposite the front door. It's only a short stroll to the heart of the city of Inverness with the many shops, restaurants and cafes. There is also a very nice walk along the river nearby. The ground floor flat is very conformable and tastefully decorated...

We were very fortunate to have a short break in Avril's gorgeous apartment. Avril was a delightful host! The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was very clean and stylish and the bed was especially comfy. Extremely well presented with a basket of goodies and perfectly situated for anyone visiting the city centre. We can't recommend it highly enough!
