Allanvale is a cosy end terraced house sleeping up to 4 in a quiet residential area of Inverness with only half an hour journey from Inverness Airport or a short 10 minute drive from the City providing easy access to the centre, train station or bus station. Bus services into the centre run every 10 minutes. A car is recommended however our bus services really is fantastic.

Inverness (capital of the Highlands) is a city on the North-East coast of Scotland and is one of western Europe’s fasted growing cities. It boasts a huge array of shops, restaurants, bars, theatre & cinema. Allanvale is a perfect base for those who wish for adventure and want to experience famous landmarks such as Loch Ness, Culloden Battlefield, Chanoray Point & many more or just relax in a comfortable home from home.

This little two storey house was perfect. Loads of on street parking in a quiet estate close to Inverness. The bed was comfy and Natasha left shortbread and tea things for our arrival. Inverness is walkable from here though driving is easy as well. Natasha...More

About the neighborhood
We are in a quiet residential area of Inverness called Hilton which has fantastic bus links in to the city every 10 minutes from the morning until evening from the bus stop just around the corner from us. We also have our local convenience store for essentials and a highly acclaimed chip shop across from us for a quick and easy meal. We are also close to our local supermarkets with Asda being about half a mile away and Tesco & Aldi just about a 10 minute drive. Dores Beach by Loch Ness is just a 20 minute journey away and we are a great base if you’d like to see what Inverness has to offer without being in the middle of the City.
Getting around
A car is no essential but I’d personally recommend just for ease. We offer free on street parking right outside Allanvale or there are extra spaces in a car park across from us (behind the new build bungalows). Our bus link is fantastic with a bus into town every 10 minutes and the bus stop is right by the shop just round the corner from us. Our nearest airport is Inverness Airport and is a 20 minute drive/ £20 taxi fare. Our nearest train station & bus station is in the city centre, 10 minutes drive/£6 taxi fare.
