Newly decorated & furnished for 2018. This annexe is situated at the rear of owner's home in a very quiet residential street of Inverness. 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre. 5 minutes from the Caledonian Canal. 3 supermarkets within 5-10 minutes' walk.
The accommodation consists of 1 double bedroom, shower room with WC, open plan kitchen with dining area and lounge with TV. Gas cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, kettle, plus a range of cutlery, pots and pans. Off street parking. Free WiFi.

The Caledonian Canal is only 5 minutes walk away. It has a new tearoom, plus canalside walks, cycle paths and stunning views of the Beauly Firth and surrounding hills. From here there is also easy access on foot into the Merkinch local nature reserve which is a new community initiative.

We welcome you on arrival to our house. Although you will have your own separate entrance to the annexe, we will be on hand for any queries about sightseeing, transport, places to eat, etc. during your stay.

Inverness itself is a vibrant city with numerous pubs, restaurants and shops around the city centre (15-20 minutes walk from your accommodation). In addition to riverside walks, cathedral, museum, castle and Botanic Gardens, you can also enjoy cruises out to Loch Ness or a boat trip to see the Moray Firth Dolphins.
