Super pet - friendly bungalow
Ideal location for walking into Aviemore and easy travelling to many locations for outdoor activities. Warm comfortable accommodation with enclosed garden, ideal for our dog.

Excellent
Very comfortable house walking distance from Aviemore well equipped. We were there for a family reunion seven adults one child and a dog and it felt so spacious had a great stay would definitely recommend.

Excellent
The accommodation was perfect for our large family group. The combined kitchen, dining, living area was ideal. The property was situated in a quiet spot but less than a 10 minute stroll along a quiet path into Aviemore centre. There was loads to do in Aviemore and surrounding area for kids of all ages!

Family holiday
We all enjoyed our little holiday break in the Golden Eagle Lodge in Aviemore. The accommodation met all our needs. My only complaint was bed a bit hard but otherwise perfect. One other thing though previous holidaymakers had not bothered to clean dog mess in garden and we did this as we didn't want the children running through this disgusting mess. Lots to do in Aviemore and children all want to go back next year.

Good standard/price
Always good value for money. Accommodation clean and suits our requirements for a group of 9 (reduced to 5 this year due to Covid restrictions).

Another great Scottish holiday!
This was our third stay with Silverglades Aviemore, each time in a different accommodation, and again we were not disappointed. The Golden Eagle was amazing - plenty of space, well equipped and really well presented and with a sauna!
The location was perfect for our needs and with the town just a seven minute walk away down a quiet 'road' it was perfect for gentle exercise to build upon those steps gained by walking round several nearby lochs. Can't wait to return.

Spacious and comfortable
A lovely home to spend time in. So spacious and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking and dining. Spotlessly clean and clear communication throughout. A nice garden at back of property with daily steam train running at the bottom to our grandchildrens delight. There is also a big picnic table and BBQ available for use. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood with the village a pleasant 7min walk on a nice country road. Plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants to choose from. We hope to be lucky enough to return in the future

Stayed in the Golden Eagle Lodge with friends for the weekend. Place is lovely. Well stocked for all your needs. Good communication from hosts regarding arrival/departure info. Could do with some touch ups in a few areas but realise is end of season. Only complaint is the showers, we’ll two of them anyway. They should probably be condemned. Water flow was a trickle and temperature very difficult to set, almost scalded trying to do so. There’s no way any child could have used them.
Apart from that I would definitely recommend. Great location too!

Lovely stay
Very nice stay in well appointed, comfy, accommodation. Wood stove and sauna very good in snowy weather. Excellent location, just a short walk to the centre of Aviemore.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay in The Golden Eagle. Perfect for a young family, no stairs is definitely a bonus. The house was spotless and furnished well. The large garden and barbecue was a real bonus. Within walking distance to Aviemore on a quiet lane with no cars. I would definitely go back.
