A clean and well appointed house close to Glasgow centre. With the advantage of being in a quiet area. Slightly awkward parking.

We'd previously stayed in the West End - and lovely though it is - we soon realised how much we'd been missing! Garnethill is a perfect location - so near to so lots of 'must sees' and of course the shops all within easy walking distance. Anne was a perfect host - good communication before we arrived and a tour...

Close to all the main shopping areas / restaurants and bars. 5 family members stayed and all declared it to be ideal for purpose. we were personally met by Anne and shown round the facilities. we only stayed 5 nights but there was a washing machine /dishwasher well equipped kitchen for people planning a longer stay. Plenty of storage space...

Really central, yet quiet, location. You are only 2 mins walk to cafes, restaurants, theatres and city centre attractions. The best shopping in Scotland, on Sauchiehall St and Buchanan Street, is just around the corner.
Getting around
The city centre and west end are easily walkable from the house. But if you want to go further Cowcaddens subway station is only 2 mins around the corner. Buchanan bus station is 5-10 mins walk (buses to Edinburgh, the North, Clyde Coast etc all leave from here). Queen St and Central Stations are 15-20 mins walk. If coming by car the M8 is easily accessible from here.
