Interaction with guests
In most cases, either myself ( Graham ) or my wife will be on hand to meet and greet you or your party. This will then be followed by a short tour of the flat ( yes it is that big ) showing all areas of interest from wi-fi to heating controls, TV controls to recycling as well as a run through of all rooms and ant other facilities that the apartment has. I will also be able to provide local up to date information on activities or transport. If we are able to we may even be able to arrange a later check out for you depending on the times of the next changeover.

Rented this apt for 2 nights , it is very spacious with really comfy beds, well maintained and very close to all attractions. Sleeps 9 no problem .

This apartment was next to the one shown but it had all the room we needed. The kitchen was modern and well equipped, the 4 bedrooms were large and the living area was comfortable. Everything was very clean. It is located on a quiet city...More

Graham was a fantastic host giving me a great tour and introduction to the property. It's perfect for a big group looking for a place in the west end, with a few charming cafés at the bottom of the road.

Getting around
We are very close to the main bustle of the west end. We have a local subway station 8 minutes walk away which will take you to the city centre and a number of interesting stop. There are regular traditional black taxis available at the local taxi rank. These can also be called and usually take less than 5 minutes to arrive. these traditional taxis can take 5 to 7 persons and you can specify when phoning. For private cars and uber taxis, we have numbers to call local companies. There are a number of regular bus routes accessed at the bus stop at the bottom of the road. Most will take you into the city centre. We are only a few minutes walk to the Botanic gardens and the west end shopping and bar / café area, so access is very good.
