Situated on a no through road with a south facing balcony overlooking the Forth and Clyde Canal. There is also the added benefit of secure, underground parking. A 24 hour Tesco and a variety of takeaway restaurants are just a few minutes away. The main A81 road at the end of the street means easy access into the city centre. The same road in the opposite direction will lead you to arguably one of the most scenic areas Scotland has to offer - Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park with the start of the West Highland Way just over 4 miles away in Milngavie.
