We have visited St Andrews many times and stayed in the best hotels but have to say this property was perfect. The views were stunning. Modern and well equipped. Just be prepared to climb the 77 steps !

Fabulous penthouse flat in perfect location with stunning views from the balcony
Perfect location only a minute form the 18 green but also five minutes form the town centre. Plenty of pubs and restaurants close by and fantastic views of and access to the west sands beach. Can't ask for a better location.

Great flat I wish was mine!
Have to agree with previous reviewer- hopefully they can clean the rug but, apart from that, this is an amazing flat that I wish I owned myself. It is very well appointed and tidy, yet still feels like someone's home that they have let you have the run of.
Just worth re-iterating the only way up to this smashing top floor accommodation is via stairs - something to bear in mind if mobility is an issue - but I can't take points off for this having not expected a lift/elevator
Maybe some late-night noise from patrons of "Ma Bells" below

Too many stairs....amazing view
Great location , super view of the Sea, flat full of natural light, steps from St Andrews Old Course
What could make it better: Flat needs a thorough cleaning, as do the rugs. There was an extra charge for towels & internet. These charges I thought were unreasonable. We were there during Ryder Cup week and would have loved to watch it on TV however there was no SKY Sports channel.

The house & the place of house excellent
We had a lovely holiday at St. Andrews & We felt like we were at home.

38 the Scores, scores well!!!
Three generations stayed in this 3 bedroom flat for the Phd graduation of our daughter at the University; We greatly enjoyed sharing the living space as a family and even created an american thanksgiving dinner together. The "wake up view" of the Old Course and the North Sea was a true blessing. Hope to have the chance to visit again

Best Views in St Andrews
Amazing flat, furnished to a very high standard.
Balcony gives spectacular views over the Old Course and West Sands.
This is the place to stay if you are playing golf in St Andrews

Great View but Expensive
The Property is in a great location, it has a large amount of stairs to Climb so only for the fit ! The view and location is really good but very let down by cleaning standards in some areas of the property the bathroom was very clean and modern but some areas needed to be cleaned before we could use them I did complain but got no response from the agent until 2 days later The property also had a cracked window which needed fixed and some other small maintenance issues and that is the reason why I felt it was too expensive for £250 a night it should be a higher standard with basics in place for that price but overall a great location.
