We recently enjoyed a 3 day stay at Ivybank. It's a lovely spacious house, clean, well equipped and close to town centre. Our wee Westie particularly enjoyed the enclosed back garden. Thanks Thelma.

Ivybank is situated on the Lade Braes Walk - a beautiful and tranquil part of St Andrews but close to the town centre spot and the golf courses.It is well appointed with spacious rooms and proved to be ideal for our trip exploring the locality and provides excellent value.The owner is very helpful indeed and responds promptly to enquiries. All in all a really enjoyable stay and we will be back again in the future without question

I have been meaning to write a review since we got back to Australia last August. Would just like to thank Thelma for her help in organising Ivybank for our holiday. I was in St Andrews with my son and two other teenagers for a golf tournament, we had a week in St A, then travelled north. I wish now we stayed at Ivybank for two weeks and did day or overnight trips from there. The house has a homely feel, very clean and tidy, and close to everything beautiful St Andrews has to offer. Also making bookings from Australia, I was a bit concerned on what would be waiting for us after paying in full, but I can assure everyone Thelma had everything arranged for us, even booked a night in a local B&B for us prior to moving into Ivybank. Stayed in Ivybank with 2 friends on a golf holiday in St Andrews. The house was very close to both the town centre and the golf and we could walk out to the centre in about 3-4 minutes which made it very convenient for evening eateries of which there were many close by. We walked to the Old Course from the house to play there and all the other courses were a short car ride away. Parking close to the house was convenient and always available and the house was quiet as its tucked in a little close with no traffic. The house was clean and a good size and felt warm and welcoming. When we play golf again in St Andrews we hope to be able to stay there again.

Superb family home with picturesque views, convenient parking and situated on the very edge of the town centre. Very spacious accommodation together with all the facilities expected in a family home.

Beautiful house superbly located within walking distance of all amenities. Spacious, high-ceilinged rooms with all the fixtures and fittings required for a great stay in this historic town. We're regular holiday-makers there and would highly recommend it.
