! Lady Nina Cottage can best be described as Town & Country Cottage with uninterrupted countryside views. The cottage has been designed and renovated to maximise the holiday experience for our guests. New for 2019 our Master Bedroom has it's own built-in smart 50' tv, fitted wardrobes luxury bedding, solid oak flooring and contemporary finishes with control lighting from bedside switches including ethernet, usb and HDMi ports direct to tv from side of bed. French Style Doors leading on to sandstone patio with countryside views over looking garden. For added luxury we have installed a Fibre Optic Ceiling complimented with controlled led lighting to set the desired mood. An outdoor large Hot Tub is set in a private position which can be accessed through lounge, hall and master bedroom. Also...! Adjacent villages both have train stations which are only a 5 minute drive away.Golfers are spoilt with an abundance of golf courses all within a 5 min drive. Our village has a well stocked local shop open 7 days open from early to 9.00pm. The local pub serves great food again open 7 days. Balgonie Castle is situated on the east edge of the town and guided tours are conducted by the Laird of Balgonie. On the west side is a BP garage with an M&S food store also a popular Chinese buffet restaurant 'Bejing Banquet' More

Just Book it! If you enjoy latest Movies, in full surround sound, Relaxing Dip in a HotTub, Quiet coffee and cake in a Garden Pod, want peace and quiet, wish for country views, Fancy relaxing and chilling, close the door, Enjoy the led light effects, and wish a comfortable escape from the rest of the world..

The most enjoyable relaxing break possible!
I cant recommend Lady Nina Cottage highly enough. It truly is the greatest wee break away possible. Thanks to Linda for making the stay so enjoyable. x

Wonderful weekend of relaxation
We have just returned from a fabulous stay at Lady Nina cottage. Linda and Brian were extraordinary hosts with their attention to detail and little extras. All were hugely appreciated. We hope to return and try Lord Balfour cottage next time.

Beautiful Balgonie
From the moment we walked in, it was exactly how I pictured it from the photos. Absolutely stunning cottage and the views from the garden were breathtaking. We came down for my partners 30th birthday and relaxed the whole weekend. Hot tub was fab! This place will not disappoint! X

Exceeded expectations! This place is special. Loved our stay and will be back!❤️. Quality accommodation with lovely extra touches. Very comfortable and quiet location but not far to visit different places (if you can leave the comforts, cinema and hot tub). Great hosts who take the time to meet you and show you around. Just top notch.

Birthday treat
What an amazing place to stay. Cottage is lovely. The cinema room is a fantastic bonus, we made use of this. Hot tub and pod in garden great, sitting in pod with a coffee overlooking the fields is so peaceful. Hosts were fantastic and very helpful. Would defo recommend staying here. Defo a 5 star rating from us.

Amazing place!!
We just had our mini moon here! What a place it was, absolutely amazing. Couldn't recommend enough, place was fantastic and Linda & Brian were amazing hosts.

What a wonderful stay we had here on our mini-moon. The house was immaculate and had everything you needed, the view was breathtaking and the hosts were delightful. We plan to return for our 1 year anniversary.

Amazing Stay
Literally can’t put into words how good our stay was at Lady Nina. The cottage inside and out is just out of this world. We have already recommended to friends and family. Hope to be back very soon

Felt very lucky to get chance of staying in this stunning cottage (due to friend having to self-isolate!) luxurious property with very high tech amenities. Loved the special touches provided by Linda and Brian too! Didn’t want to leave! Can’t wait to get chance to go back!!
