Great apartment
Stayed here last weekend whilst we attended an event, it's about a 15 minute walk to the main area but not a problem, lots of takeaway places along the route for that late night snack. The apartment is modern and clean and had everything we could wish for, there is even a residents gym close by which was well equipped. Highly recommended :)

Fantastic!
I would highly recommend this apartment . We found it spotlessly clean and newly furnished . A Great location and a warm friendly welcome even milk in the fridge for when we arrived after a long journey . Will definately be back .

Excellent accommodation, very good equipped.
We enjoyed our stay and l recommend this apartment to my friends. Not to far to the Waverley rail station., Very clean and friendly. Wi-fi works very good.

Excellent apartment
We stayed in 'Jacobs Apartment' over the New Year period 2014/2015, and thoroughly enjoyed it. The Apartment was clean, cosy in decor and comfortable. It was with easy walking distance of the city centre with some good restaurants nearby. The owner Slawmir was lovely, welcoming and helpful. Would recommend this apartment for a vacation.

Great apartment in central location
Trip Adviser review – Jacob’s Apartment
The apartment was easy to find and had good off road parking. We were greeted on arrival and shown around, everything was clean, well maintained and the accommodation was perfect for our family of four with good sized rooms, very comfortable beds, two bathrooms and enough kitchen equipment to cook a full Christmas dinner! We used it as a base to do the tourist trail and the apartment had a stock of useful info for visitors to the city which we found helpful. Although well served with buses we walked most of the time into town and back which only took 15-20 mins.There are good local supermarkets and amenities close by (5-6 min walk) and a small playground just round the corner which came in handy when we were grounded for a couple of days with one child poorly and the other desperate to be active! All in all a great success - we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

First class, modern accommodation, well situated, 2 minutes walk to Leith Walk & 10 minutes walk to Princes Street.
Great facilities, everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY
The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures, and more better. It is completely equipped and the location is great, in a quiet place, but in 5 minutes walking you are in a main street with all kind of shops and restaurants. The bus stop is in 5 minutes walking also. If you want to walk to the City Center (Royal Mile and so) it will take you less than 20 minutes. The owner is really hospitable and kind. Very approachable, you can contact him whenever. He also provides you with information about the places to visit in the city. Wifi, heating, towels, tea, coffee, milk, soap & champoo are provided. We really felt at home.

A perfect place to stay.
Just returned from Jacob's Apartment and was immensely pleased with every aspect of our stay.
Before arrival, the owner was extremely helpful when we added an extra night and also when contacting us with regards to how we wished the beds to be set up.
On arriving in Edinburgh we were allowed to check in early and were met by Slawomir, the owner, who was knowledgeable and helpful, lending us his own child's pushchair when we had forgotten our own!
The apartment is as it looks on the photographs - everything looks brand new due to the regular maintenance the owner obviously does.
I will most definitely stay again!

Perfect Accommodation, Location with Friendly, Helpful Owner
Our stay at the accommodation was perfect for our short break. The apartment was very clean and tidy with all the comforts of home. 10 minute taxi or 30 minute walk into centre of town with local shops and eating places just at the end of the road. Slawomir arranged for us to arrive early and also leave the car in the car park at the end of our stay. We will be returning when we next stay in Edinburgh.

The apartment is located in the popular Brunswick area of Edinburgh, which lies to the east of the City Centre.
The property is well positioned to take advantage of superb range of local shopping and a cosmopolitan selection of cafes, bars, cinemas, theatres and restaurants in Easter Road, Leith Walk and Princes Street.
Leisure wise the choice exceptional, as one would indeed expect from a major international city.
Edinburgh's historic Old and New Town are easily accessed as a Queen's Park, Arthur's Seat, Scottish Parliament and the beautiful open spaces Holyrood Park. GETTING AROUND BY BUS AND TAXI
The way to get to the apartment is take abus number 100 or tram (ticket costs £5 per person) from airport to Waverley Station(travel time about 25 minutes) and then taxi (taxi costs around £9) to the apartment or you can ask how much will be taxi from the airport to the apartment because it could be the same price (around £30)as bus tickets especially when is few of you.

Taxi from apartment to Waverley Train Station,Royal Mile and Princes St. cost about £7.

There are a number of local bus services that go near the apartment from Easter Road bus 35 and 1.
Bus no.35 will take you in minutes to Scottish Parliament, The Royal Residence at Holyrood Palace, the Royal Mile,National Museum of Scotland, Old Town and direct from Edinburgh Airport to the apartment, ticket cost £1.60 per person.
Bus no.1 will take you in minutes to Princes Street, West End and New Town.
Bus no.26 will take you in 20 minutes to Edinburgh Zoo or opposite direction to Portobello Beach( Edinburgh's seaside ).
