The place is very clean, well equipped, comfortable and reasonably priced. It is dog friendly, and close to good waling areas such as Inverleith Park and the Water of Leith. It is located in one of my favourite areas of Edinburgh. Only downside is the street parking costs during weekdays if you have a car (the traffic wardens are very active).

Enjoyed a doggie friendly weekend staying at this lovely apartment. Really nice area of Edinburgh with great local shops/ restaurants/sunday market. Very comfortable and host quick to respond to any questions. Nice park nearby & local walks. Not a long drive to portobello beach. Would highly recommend as a base for whatever you want to do in the city!

This is a lovely apartment with kitchen, washing machine and living room. It is located in a great neighbourhood that is walking distance to the old town of Edinburgh. We thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ottimo per coppia, bella zona con Bus per il centro proprio sulla strada. L'appartamento è molto carino, bene arredato, servizi ottimi, magari andrebbero rinnovate padelle e pentole. Ci puoi fare colazione, pranzo e cena, noi con nostra moka anche il caffè :D . Il quartiere è bello, silenzioso, e vicino a locali commerciali anche tipicamente locali, come a anche a pochi passi dal giardino botanico.

Good location and adequate facilities in a student like pad in Stockbridge. The photo is not what you get but as a base it’s fine . No problems with the accommodation just not what we were expecting.

Situé près de Stockbridge, toutes les facilités sont proches, le secteur est très charmant et animé et le centre à quelques minutes à pied. La rue est toute fois très calme. Il est bien équipé et le propriétaire reste disponible par mail.

My husband and I were able to plan a short four night getaway to Edinburgh. We found this apartment to be even more than we had hoped for. It was spotlessly clean, and well equipped with everything we could have needed. We bought groceries from a grocery five minutes away. We enjoyed eating locally at both the Pizza Express and the Stockbridge Restaurant- both within short walking distance. We enjoyed the location and found it very easy to call a cab. They arrived in 2-3 minutes after we called. The bed was very comfortable. We will definitely return if we are able to visit Edinburgh anytime in the near future.

Stayed here for a few days with our wee puppy. Apartment was superb.. Really well appointed, everything you needed locally.. Stockbridge is beautiful. Wee garden area perfect for puppy (shame gate broken as had to keep on lead). Would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.
