Loved staying here earlier this week, was only for 2 nights but it was absolutely perfect for what we were needing. All amenities you need are in the flat and the parking space was right beside it. Only a 10 minute walk away from the main streets of Edinburgh. Slightly on the colder side in the flat now that we’re into winter but it wasn’t uncomfortable, Georgian building do tend to be like that. It felt very home like staying there instead of your usual hotel-feel which made the experience even better. All in all a lovely place to stay and I know if I’m back down in Edinburgh I’ll definitely be booking again!

Fantastic flat in a great location. The designated parking space was brilliant for us as we'd been in Northumberland for a week before so needed somewhere for our car. The flat was lovely and exactly as shown in the photos (in fact the bedroom was a lot bigger than in the photos). So lovely and warm and had everything we needed for our 4 night stay. The location of the flat was great and was literally in walking distance straight up into town. All communication with Jackie was great and I would certainly stay here again if we ever visit Edinburgh again.

Spent a lovely week here in July. It is very conveniently located, a short walk to lots of shops, cafes & bars. The bonus is the car parking space just outside. The flat itself is very cosy & clean with one bedroom & has everything you might need for an enjoyable stay. We would certainly stay again.

Great stay in this fabulous apartment central location within walking distance of all amenities and with free parking spot we never used our car during our stay for 2 nights. The apartment has everything you need home from home lovely and warm will definately be back. Thank you Jackie for a great stay.

We needed a flat for a few days to explore Edinburgh before a Speyside bus tour, and this flat was perfect. Communication with Jackie during the booking was very good. We were also able to coordinate and early arrival since the flat was vacant the day before. This was priceless since my wife and I had been flying all night without sleep, and we were now able to nap immediately upon our AM arrival. The flat itself was very well furnished with a large comfortable bed, inviting living room furniture, modern kitchen and bathroom, and all the accessories we needed. The building itself is in an interesting New Town complex, and is well over 100yrs old although you couldn’t tell from the inside. The flat’s location was very good, and we walked from here throughout Edinburgh New Town and Old Town. Our stay at this flat, and our experience with Jackie was stellar.

My wife and I had a weekend break in this apartment and can't recommend it highly enough. It's located in a very nice area of the city and is only a short walk to local amenities. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Moderne Ausstattung. Eigener Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Sehr gute Restaurants und Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, ebenso ein Supermarkt. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Erkundungen durch Edinburgh!

Spacious apartment with all the required facilities. Most shopping and tourist attractions within short walking distance. Inner city parking space (with online photograph as a guide) a real bonus, as the car wasn't required during our stay.

Very clean..great location....All appliance worked well Nice decorations. Comfortable bed ...spacious secure lock Fully equipped with everything we needed.

The apartment was a fantastic place to stay. Well set out and in a nice quiet part of the city. Central to all the things you want to see, whether by walking or catching public transport. Would highly recommend this accommodation.
