Rose St is just 2 minutes away from Princes St, the famous main street of Edinburgh with shops and restaurants on one side and the lovely Princes St Gardens on the other. Edinburgh Castle dominates Princes St as it rises up into the sky above the Gardens.The comfortable accommodation is furnished to a high standard and comprises of an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a fitted kitchen, a good sized bedroom with a king sized bed and a bathroom with a large shower. A further two people can be accommodated on two single fold out beds. The apartment looks out into Rose Street. It is only 40 metres to Princes Street to the south and to George St to the north. This location is amazing. Walking distance to everything, super clean and well equipped. Lynne is very welcoming and helpful. Will recommend to friends and family for sure!

Perfect location for our stay. The unit is exactly as described, very comfortable and spacious. Lynne was a pleasure to work with through the booking process. Would recommend to visitors looking for easy access to loads of restaurants and shopping, as well as bus transportation.
