Great location, lovely apartment, Sean very helpful. Had a great stay, milk and complementary shortbread a lovely touch. The fifty odd steps of the spiral staircase could be a problem for some but my husband and I are 60 plus and we managed fine. Yes it was noisy at night but you can't expect anything else in a central location....

We stayed in this two bedroom second-floor flat in the centre of Edinburgh between Christmas and New Year in order to attend a wedding. We had everything we needed and more. Sean our host couldn't have been more helpful. The photos don't do it justice, the rooms were so spacious and the kitchen had all the apparatus we needed. Excellent...

Waverley Train Station<BR>Exit the station at Waverley Bridge (the other exit from the train station is onto Princes Street). Now, facing the castle, go left on Waverley Bridge and walk to the end where there is a small mini-roundabout. Turn right here onto Market Street and walk up the hill to the end and turn left on the Mound. Follow this road round and up to the traffic lights. Continue through the lights onto George IV Bridge (it does not look like a bridge) and then turn right at Victoria Street.
