This apartment has so well equipped, and perfectly placed for a weekend in the city. Lacking in nothing., and the owner was so,lovely, We had a great weekend for a catch up,with grown up daughters .

Large, bright, clean, well equipped kitchen, there is a dish washer, washing machine/tumble drier, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker. You will find a good selection of pots and pans, casserole dishes and oven trays. We supply tea, coffee, sugar, bin bags, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets, washing up powder, freezer bags.
Separate dining area, with a table and six chairs.
Peaceful lounge, 2 new leather three seater sofas, 3 armchairs, TV, Sky, DVD, WIFI, iPod docking station.
Master bedroom, king-size bed, en suite with large shower unit.

In order to secure the booking I require a 25% non refundable deposit. I ask that the full balance is paid four (eight weeks at peak times) weeks before your arrival date.

A refundable £100 security deposit required on arrival.

Leith Walk has a plethora of coffee shops and little cafes where you can grab some breakfastThere are numerous quality restaurants within minutes of the apartment, as well as a lovely selection of pubs to choose from, modern and traditional. There are five Michelin Star Restaurants close by, The Kitchin and Martin Wishart can be found at The Shore area in Leith, these along with The Plumed Horse, are all a few minutes in a taxi, while Number One and 21212 are within 10 minute walking distance.We also have menus for our favourite home delivery available in the apartment, if you prefer a wee night in with your feet up.Broughton Street has many award winning bars as well as Crombies Butchers and Real Foods. The apartment is a 15/20 minute walk from Princes Street and all the attractions of Edinburgh.

From Elm Row at the top of Leith Walk you will find buses going to all parts of the city. This is about 5 minute walk from the apartment.

The York Place tram stop is 7 minute walk from the apartment.

I love to walk and find it easy to get around Edinburgh on foot.

Taxi from the Airport to the apartment, journey 20 mins, cost approx GBP25. Frequent Airport Shuttle Bus to Waverley Bridge, then 15 minute walk to flat or short Taxi ride. This bus costs GBP4.50 single ticket, GBP7.5 return ticket. (Jan 2017).
The Tram from the airport takes 35 minutes and leaves you to York Place, this is less than 10 minute walk to the apartment. Costs GBP5.50 single and GBP8.50 return. (Jan 2017)
