The modern bathroom features a large walk in shower. This property is the pride and joy of a retired couple who have grandchildren in Edinburgh. They have furnished the flat with new high quality fixtures and fittings and welcome individual guests, couples, or family with 1 child. It is vitally important to them, as non commercial investors that their property is respected and treated in an appropriate manner. A £200 refundable damage/security deposit is due 7 days before arrival, and refunded after departure. All properties are strictly non-smoking, and do not accept hen/stag/party groups. At least one guest must be over 25 years old. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager at least 24 hours before arrival. Check in is from 4pm, and check out is before 11am. Please note that arrivals after 21:00 will incur a late fee of £30 for unsociable hours.More
