My partner and I booked Katie’s flat for a birthday weekend away in Oban and it didn’t disappoint. The hostess Catriona was lovely and everything had been thought out thoroughly to make our stay comfortable, including snacks in the kitchen and every amenity we might need. The flat was immaculate and very comfy; not to mention having a glorious hot tub to unwind in with some stunning views. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for somewhere to stay when visiting Oban.

This is a beautiful flat in immaculate condition. It has a hot tub, sauna bath, washer dryer, feather pillows and duvet. The kitchen has everything. We stayed for 5 nights, next time we will stay for a week or more. Oban is a great place to stay for visiting the Inner Hebrides. Catriona is lovely, very welcoming, friendly and helpful.

While looking for places to stay in oban for a short stay , I wanted 3 things . Good Wi-Fi , a bath and pet friendly. Katie s flat ticked all boxes . The flat was spotless , was in a good location and very good price compared to local hotel rooms . The owner Catriona lives in the main house next door and was very welcoming. We loved the bath as we have 2 bathrooms at home with showers only . The added bonus was that it was a spa bath . An outdoor Jacuzzi is to be fitted shortly by the owner which will make the flat even better for guests . I would really recommend Katie's flat , you won't regret booking it .

My partner and I spent a few days at Katie’s Flat for the last leg of our honeymoon. It was perfect! The flat is so clean and cosy. Catriona is the most thoughtful, kind and caring host. Cannot fault. One of the best places I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you for having us!

We have just stayed for 3 nights at Katies Flat. It is an excellent little flat. It was really clean and had everything you could need. The jacuzzi bath was absolutely amazing! I would definitely recommend it and if we are ever back in Oban it would be our 1st choice.

 We booked this as part of a holiday touring Scotland and other than a Luxury Hotel this was the best accommodation. The flat is excellent accommodation. The bedroom has plenty of wardrobe space and a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a large bath, a shower and there were toiletries available and robes. The kitchen is well fitted and has everything you need. A washer/dryer, dishwasher and all cooking facilities. The welcome pack of milk, juice, biscuits and cake was a treat after a long drive. The lounge has two sofas and the TV has Netflix which we enjoyed. It was a home from home and we loved it.

This lovely flat is at the very top end of what can be anticipated for self catering holiday accommodation. Beautifully finished and eqipped, clearly with no expense spared, and spotlessly clean. It proves it is possible to find a really good and luxurious holiday home which accepts dogs, without having to compromise on quality. Can't recommend this flat highly enough.

Beautiful little flat, absolutely spotless, this place was perfect for a stop off on our trip to Mull. Two of us plus our dog stayed for one night and even though we arrived late, we got a warm welcome and this place has all the little touches that make the difference between a standard place and a 4 star. About 1.5 miles out of Oban in a residential area so nice and quiet if that’s what you’re after. Thanks Katie!

We stayed in Katie's flat over New Year and chose this place as it was dog friendly. The flat is really cosy and homely, has good size rooms and is the perfect base for exploring Oban. We particularly enjoyed the Netflix/DVDs as after a late night on New Years Eve, we wanted to laze about the next day. You can walk easily to the centre of Oban, took us about 25 minutes and is all downhill (might want to get a taxi back). I'd recommend the Oban Inn for a pub lunch and if you get nice weather you can sit outside. Overall we had a briliant stay and will definitely be back. It was really clean, decorated beautifully and the kitchen was fully kitted out. The welcome hamper was a nice touch too. Thanks again we had a blast!

We had a brilliant 5 night stay in Katie’s Flat. We were greeted by Catriona who was very friendly and welcoming, we instantly felt at home. The flat is a good size for 2 people, the living room is very spacious. The flat has everything you could possible need and the furnishings are very good quality. The jacuzzi bath is absolutely amazing. The location of the flat is perfect for exploring, we drove up to Fort William and Glen Coe but the highlight of our stay was the drive along the coast down to Campbeltown. Oban has lots of shops, restaurants and bars but the flat is on the edge of town so is nice and quiet. We would definitely recommend staying at Katie’s Flat to anyone.
