This house is ideally located 2 mins walk from both bus stops and train station for easy access to the city centre, the seaside town of Bangor, and Dublin City the capital of Ireland.

Interaction with guests:Â I'm always available to help in any way I can through the website or by mobile phone but I tend to leave my guests in peace to enjoy their stay and will contact them prior to visiting the property during their stay.
We had a great stay at Trevor's bungalow. It's cosy, clean and on a very quiet road (apart from the planes which we soon got used to!). It was also lovely and warm in November. There were plenty of toys for our toddler to play with and Trevor left out a high chair and cot too. Kitchen was well furnished and the welcome hamper was a very sweet touch. Easy to get into the city and surrounding areas by car and the train station is a 10min walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

Hidden gem
What a delightful hidden gem this beautiful bungalow is, perfect location for exploring, we are keen walkers and took advantage of the local routes into the city and Victoria Park. The accommodation was fantastic with lots of little treats left and also the option to reuse products left behind, shower gels/shampoo etc, I loved this, in such a disposable society it’s so refreshing . The space and layout of the bungalow was perfect for us and the off road parking was ideal for our hire car, the area was extremely quiet and anyone we did see were super friendly. Trevor’s visitors info sheets were so clear and informative that I totally forgot to actually say we had arrived/left . The only tiny little suggestion we would have is perhaps a privacy covering on the front door glass, this is directly in front of the bathroom door so on a couple of occasions passers by may have had a shock lol.
We will certainly be coming back and with dressing gowns next time 🤣 many thanks for your hospitality, Mark and Sarah

Very comfortable, lovely stay
Thanks to Trevor for sharing his home with us. Traveling with our kids we all found space here. Plenty of room. I was able to get laundry caught up, too! Nice, quiet neighborhood. Great off-street parking. We would stay here again. My boys loved all the treats in the kitchen, too.

Wonderful Place
We wanted to visit relatives in Ireland and saw this lovely cottage, just outside Donagdee . It was very spacious and felt like home from home as we had the use of the complete house and all its items. We were left some nice goddies as a welcome pack :-). We would defo reccommend

Belfast Staycation
Trevor is the most organised, welcoming and kindest host we have met in recent years. Every detail was crossed checked immediately after booking and all the way until we arrived. His home is a fantastic environment to explore the city of belfast as the various transport links are all within 5 mins. Beautiful enclosed suntrap back garden and you can only hear the sounds of birds as all other city noises are muffled.
This house is perfect for families as teenagers can take themselves off to their rooms and the living/dining space is great for family time.
Best thing about this place is Trevor and his superb arrangements and welcome. He makes it all so easy.

This was my third time staying here. House always great. Perfect for a weekend visit to Belfast. Will be booking here again when next visit.

Lovely comfortable accomodation
A lovely bungalow in a safe friendly area. Close to train station and bus route. We got a taxi to the bungalow from the airport and caught the airport bus back.
Train service is ok but with children in tow a car would have been easier as the public transport was not always the easiest.
W5 Science and discovery centre was loved by our young boys. Folk + transport museum was enjoyable too.
Finding suitable places to eat we found hard for the children - w5, in the city and at the folk museum - all were adult oriented places to eat.
The children loved Victoria park even though it was a bit cold! Make sure you use the underpass - go to the railway line at the bottom of the road and take the footpath left.
Communication with the owner was good and a friendly welcome with useful things left for us - thanks Trevor.

Treats Galore!!
Loved this property! Everything modern and clean. Perhaps a little too convenient to Belfast City Airport!! But home from home and thank you so much for all the extras particularly loved the box of chocolates. We would highly recommend this home without hesitation.

Splendida vacanza a Belfast
Siamo stati a Belfast in occasione del Vespa World Day 2018, eravamo due coppie e una singol, abbiamo trovato l'appartamento di Trevor pulito, comodo e ben arredato!! siamo stati tutti e 5 soddisfatti, se ci ricapita di andare a Belfast, lo ricontattiamo di sicuro!

The Bungalow is situated in a residential area very close to metro city bus stops which will have you into the City Centre in less than 15 minutes. Sydenham train station is located less than 5 minutes walk away and links to Belfast's Central and Great Victoria Street Stations and the Titanic Quarter (1 stop) in one direction, and Holywood, Helen's Bay and the seaside town of Bangor in the other direction, all of which are very popular with tourists.
The Titanic Quarter is visited by hundreds of thousands of tourists every year - the main attractions being the World renowned Titanic Exhibition, Titanic's Dock and Pump House and the recently refurbished 'SS Nomadic' -Tender to the Titanic and last remaining White Star Line ship in the world.
The Titanic Quarter also houses The Odyssey Arena, home of the Belfast Giants, and Belfast's largest entertainment venue. This arena hosts a variety of shows/concerts/ice hockey matches etc. and also contains the W5 children's attraction, 10 pin bowling alley, multi screen cinema and a variety of cafes/restaurants - perfect for keeping the kids amused on a wet day.
The Public Records Office for Northern Ireland (PRONI) is also located in the titanic quarter - first stop for those wishing to trace their Irish roots.
There are a number of golf courses close by, Belvoir Golf Club has been rated by Peter Alliss as one of the best parkland courses in the UK and is approximately 15 minutes away. Shandon Park and Knock Golf Clubs are also within the close vicinity as is Holywood Golf Club - the home club of Rory McIroy.
Northern Ireland's first indoor Ski and Adventure Centre, We Are Vertigo, is based a short distance away at Newtownbreda Industrial Estate.Try the latest indoor entertainment in Europe's largest and Northern Ireland's only trampoline park.
Belfast's famous yellow Harland and Wolff cranes can be seen from the end of the road.
There are a number of small shops for groceries and a post office within 200 yards.

From Belfast City Centre a 3a metro citybus will drop you in Connsbrook Avenue, turn left at the top of the Avenue into Larkfield Road, the property is on the left (2 mins walk from the bus stop)
From Belfast City Centre, catch the Bangor train from either Great Victoria Street or Central Station to Sydenham station. Cross the footbridge and turn right from the station and walk to the end of Inverary Drive, turn left into Larkfield Road and the property will be on your right. (less than 5 mins walk)
George Best Belfast City Airport is a short taxi journey (5 mins)
Belfast International Airport is approx. 30 mins by car. The Airport Express 300 bus service leaves the airport every 15 mins and will bring you to the City Centre where you can catch either a train or bus as detailed above.
