The twin room is spacious with wardrobe, dresser and reading light to spend a quiet moment reading a book. There is a large hotel style bathroom with mains shower over bath. The kitchen is well equipped to include all the items necessary crockery and cookware for cooking a meal. Oven/hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge freezer and all the essentials including a teapot, a cafetiere and champagne flutes! There is dining space with a table and chairs to eat in and enjoy the space. A perfect place to enjoy a glass of wine with friends whilst looking out the large feature windows onto the bustling square below. The living room is well suited for 4 adults to relax and enjoy the sports channel or use of smart tv for Netflix. There is a peaceful rooftop garden to enjoy some fresh air or perfect for those smokers. There are ashtrays in this area. Guest Access: The entire apartment for your use and enjoyment. Interaction with Guests: We meet and greet all of our guests on arrival. This apartment also has a unique advantage of its own car-parking space where we can meet you to give access on arrival. The Neighborhood: Centrally located within the Cathedral Quarter. The apartment entrance leads onto the Square. The square leads onto the cobbled Hill Street where the city centre is then all around you within minutes walk. The popular Mac Theatre is also located in the square and are known for their popular events but also for their breakfasts and lunch options in adjoining cafe. Getting Around: 20 min walk from the sea terminal, 15 mins from the Central Station and approximately 10 minutes in a taxi from the George Best Belfast City Airport. The open top bus tours depart from the end of Hill street which is under 10 mins walk from the apartment. City Hall is a lovely 10 minute stroll. Other Things to Note: Please do let us know in advance if you require use of the parking space during your stay. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and accessed via a main entrance doorway and lift. There is a garden area located also on the 2nd floor which has an area for smokers. How to get there
On arrival via the motorway from Dublin, follow signs towards the north A12 Westlink. Keep right and go towards M3 without driving on to it. Take a right on to Nelson Street. From Nelson street keep left to go straight ahead and once past large junction, keep middle to take lane leading straight ahead. You will see the Ramada Encore ahead of you. And Edward Street where the carpark is reached. There is also access here into the square at Saint Annes. For vehicle drivers, access to the Saint Anne's carpark area via Edward Street (one way). For those arriving on foot or by taxi - arrive to either Edward Street one one side of development or to Talbot Street, which is close to the Encore Hotel entrance and walk into to the square. You will be met close to the corridor beside Zen Restaurant to be shown to the apartment.
