The property benefits from a superb seafront location with sweeping views over Swansea Bay and towards Mumbles head from the lounge sit-out balcony. There is electric heating and an allocated parking space. WiFi is also provided.
The property can be accessed from the communal car park at the rear of the block. From the allocated car park space there is a step up to the communal door. Many thanks for taking the time to leave us a review, I am pleased to hear that you had an enjoyable stay! It is a lovely apartment which gets great reviews, particularly for it's comfort and location, those sea views are hard to beat!
Thank you for the feedback regarding the spare towels, I have made a note of this and will ensure that there are plenty provided for future guests. I will also be speaking to our cleaners regarding the floors which appeared to have been overlooked during their visit, apologies for any inconvenience that was caused.
