The property benefits from a superb seafront location with sweeping views over Swansea Bay and towards Mumbles head from the lounge sit-out balcony. The apartment comprises a modern kitchen with adjoining living/dining room area, family bathroom, and two double bedrooms, one with en-suite shower room. There is electric heating and an allocated parking space. WiFi is also provided. The property can be accessed from the communal car park at the rear of the block. From the allocated car park space there is a step up to the communal door. Minor issues but great stay
We stayed 5 nights at this seafront flat. It is simply glorious when the sun is shining and warms the sitting room if you leave the blinds up. The kitchen is good and pretty well equipped. Also with a sea view! The bedrooms are nice and it is pleasantly decoeated throughout. Short walk to little shop and cafés etc. We found the deli next to the Meridien tower very good and enjoyed a meal at the top of the tower too. Parking space a plus! Only minor complaints woukd be- Only 1 hand towel and no others for 3 people. It would have been a lot better for us having towels supplied. Whilst clean generally, the floor of the sitting room was not very well swept. You can hear people getting in their cars in the morning. Not that many though..

It is a lovely apartment which gets great reviews, particularly for it's comfort and location, those sea views are hard to beat! Thank you for the feedback regarding the spare towels, I have made a note of this and will ensure that there are plenty provided for future guests. I will also be speaking to our cleaners regarding the floors which appeared to have been overlooked during their visit, apologies for any inconvenience that was caused.
