Swansea itself, though Wales second city, serves most of the inhabitants of West Wales and has developed into the coolest coastal city located by the sea.

The Mumbles, a small eighteenth century fishing village, attracts artists and artisans from around the World and the five mile sweeping beach stretches from Swansea city centre all the way there. In addition, there is a wealth of restaurants – bars – live entertainment centres and cultural venues to discover.

How to get there
To collect the keys - please follow these directions:-

Exit the M4 at Junction 42 and follow signs for Swansea. Continue to drive along the dual-carriageway (Fabian Way) past a roundabout and through four sets of traffic-lights, or until Sainsbury's is on your left. Continue for another 400 metres, or until Tesco is on your right. Turn right at Tesco and drive another 400 metres to the junction at the end of the road, where you turn left (St Helen's Road). At the third set of traffic lights (Westbourne) turn right and continue another 400 metres up a steep hill (Cardiac Hill if on foot) to a main Junction. Mirador Crescent is directly opposite this junction and The Mirador Boutique Town House is situated 100 metres round the bend on your right.
