Situated in Swansea Marina, this modern first floor apartment overlooks the sea shore and has a large balcony. It has two bedrooms and is furnished to sleep 4/5 with a double bed in the master bedroom. This has an en-suite shower room. The large second bedroom is equiped with a double bed plus single bed.

The Family bathroom has a three piece suite with a hand shower over the bath. The well equiped kitchen is fully fitted , complete with dishwasher, washer -dryer ,double oven with hob and fridge-freezer. There is also a microwave. The dining area has a table with four chairs. There is a flat screen TV to the lounge with a DVD player and a further flat screen TV with DVD in the second bedroom.

Interaction with guests
In most cases, keys are sent to guests ahead of their visit as we find most guests prefer a less pressurised approach where they are not rushing to collect keys. If guests have to be met at the property that can be arranged. There is information at the apartment for things to do and places to go but we are always available if our guests would like further suggestions and recommendations. Many of our previous guests have also left recommendations in the visitors book kept at the apartment. There is also information at the apartment on how everything works from washing machine to heating system but we are always happy to talk guests through this.

What a fantastic place to stay. All local amenities within a 10 minute walk. Jo (the owner ) absolutely fantastic person to deal with and we will definitely be returning to swansea. Beds a just as comfortable as our own at home and our 3 children loved having breakfast on the balcony! I cannot praise the apartment enough a real...

Accomodation is normally let for complete weeks. However it may be possible to accomodate a short break of 3 or more nights. The price for 1 night is as described in the tarif. Prices available upon request for short breaks of 3 or more nights. Where guests book accomodation for 8 or more nights, the additional nights are calculated on a prorata basis based on the weekly price. The Changeover day is a Saturday. It may be possible to accommodate a different changeover day but this would need to be explored prior to booking. Bookings falling within 18 December -4 January would need to be for a two week period. Short breaks are not available over Christmas and New Year .

Well known as the gateway to Gower. However dont underestimate the beautiful beaches of Swansea, particularly Langland and Caswell. Swansea City Centre is compact with all the usual High Street shops plus an excellent indoor market which has great fresh produce including local cuisine such as Welsh Cakes and lavabread. The Mumbles area is noted for its independant shops and castle. Swansea has a number of Museums and an Art gallery with art work by renowned artists. There is an emphasis on activities for children in all the school holidays. This ranges from arts and crafts to cinema, xboxing, organised games on beaches and the junior park ranger activities. Getting around
Its a short walk to the city centre, although the Marina is on a bus route. The main bus hub for Swansea is nearby, in the city centre, plus the train station is nearby. Depending on how much luggage you have, it is possible to walk to the railway station in c 30mins but if you need a taxi or bus then the links are very good. Depending on the type of holiday you want, a car is useful but not essential as there are regular bus services to take you all over Swansea and the South Wales area plus the train service.
