It boasts a large sandy beach on one side and a shell-strewn beach with intriguing sheltered coves, shrimping pools and pre - Cambrian rocks to scramble over on the other. Perfect for water-sports, fishing, sailing or kayaking. Nearby (within walking distance), on our family run caravan park, the following amenities are available to Penrhyn's self-catering guests: outdoor adventure playground, all weather tennis court, indoor games room with pool tables & table tennis, shop plus an indoor heated swimming pool (open Easter to the end of October £2 per adult and £1.50 per child). How to get there
Directions:- Once on Anglesey, follow the A55 towards Holyhead. Leave A55 at Exit 3 (signposted - Y Fali / Valley). At this roundabout follow sign for Valley. At the Valley traffic lights, turn right onto the A5025, (signposted – Amlwch A5025). After the village of Llanfachraeth, turn left (singposted - Penrhyn Farm 2 miles) and follow signs for Penrhyn / Penrhyn Bay Caravan Park from there on. When you reach the coast, with the beach on your left, Penrhyn Farm Cottages is second entrance on the left after the beach.
