This is a first floor flat in a listed (I presume), Georgian (I think) town house very close to the main shopping precinct and 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. It is a busy street and two (the double en suite and the single) of the bedrooms are on the street side, so are noisy. There is no double glazing...
