I had the absolute joy of a 3-month stay at Cobble Cottage. The perfect location for Bronte-lovers. On the main street, with shops & pubs on the doorstep, as well as fabulous walks on the romantic moors. The cottage is fabulous, with an open fire, pristine bedrooms and bathrooms, and wonderful terraces with amazing views. The owner is super responsive; nothing was too much trouble. I would - and will - recommend Cobble Cottage to anyone wanting a quintessential Yorkshire stay. I was sorry to leave. Could have stayed forever.

The perfect cottage
What a fantastic cottage for a family weekend. It had everything we needed.. Very much home from home and no need to pack the kitchen sink.
The terrace at the back was a surprise, what amazing views, would be lovely to come back in the summer to sit out.
David the host was also very helpful keeping in touch.

Cobble Cottage
Well appointed cottage very impressed. It's location was second to none on the main street, close to the start of numerous walks and so close to the stops for the Brontë busses. This was our first time in Haworth and are planning a second visit next year hopefully we'll be able to book this cottage again as it met our every need, credit to the owner.

Outstanding!
We stayed here for 3 nights and fell in love with Cobble Cottage and Haworth! The cottage is perfectly placed on Main Street, with an array of restaurants, cafes, and wonderful independent shops on the doorstep. Haworth is steeped in history and breathtakingly beautiful- I will never forget the view as you walk down the hill towards Cobble Cottage!
Everything about our stay was great- it was immaculately clean and tidy; the kitchen was equipped with absolutely everything you might need; the decor was stylish and cosy with some lovely original features , including the living room fireplace/range and the outside terraces were incredible.
Our two teenage daughters also loved Haworth and the cottage and have already asked that we return at some point, which we definitely will!

Excellent cottage
•Location: 5/5
- The cottage is on a greatly looking street, decorated with small british flags waving above your head. A classic british candy shop is on the same street, just a minute of walking away, and you can even find there a classic telephone booth. A nice old church with a even older cemetery is a great place to go when you want to be alone, and if you want to be a part of the society, you have lots of pubs to choose from. And if you want to go on a hike, I recommend going on "Top Withens", just put it in Google Maps. And as for shops, there are 2, SPAR and Coop, they are both just around 6 minutes of walking away.
•Cottage itself: 5.5/5
-The cottage is amazingly equipped, you will find there everything you need. It has 3 WC's (1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor) and 2 showers, which is more than enough. In the kitchen you will also find everything, including a microwave. The TV is working, with (I think) every program that exists in UK. In the living room, there's a fireplace with already prepared wood (we didn't try it but it must be great for winter evenings), a comfortable sofa and two armchairs. There also is a washing machine and tumble dryer combined upstairs. But the best thing is the garden. It has 4 floors, 3 of them are equipped with chairs and a table. The floor is made out of wood planks, so you can walk there barefoot. There's a amazing view from there.
•Problems: 0/1
-You cannot lock the doors of the first bathroom on the first floor.
-You cannot park your car outside, you need to park it in a car park, which is around 3 minutes of walking away (I understand that this is not the owner's fault).
-It would be great if you would add some protection from the insect on windows, because it is really annoying.
•Together: 10.5/11.5 = 4.56/5 = 5/5

The best
This is my 2nd stay at Cobble Cottage in 6 months. Beautiful, spacious cottage with all that you require when away. Situated at the bottom of Main Street. It is 5min walk to all shops, restaurants and walks. Haworth is gorgeous and this is the perfect place to stay. It is home from home. Highly recommend. We will be visiting again.

Haworth sits at the heart of Brontë Country in West Yorkshire, easily accessible from Leeds and Manchester. Cobble Cottage is on Haworth’s steep, cobbled main street, filled with wonderful cafes, art and craft shops, traditional Yorkshire pubs and curiosity shops.
The Brontë sisters’ museum, church and historic graveyard, and the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway (a heritage railway featured in The Railway Children film) are within walking distance of the cottage.
If you enjoy the outdoors and walking, the dramatic wild moorland around Haworth is well worth exploring, with its winding trails and waterfalls.
Branshaw Golf Course is half an hour’s drive, other local activities include fishing, tennis and horse riding.
Getting around
Haworth has good public transport links. Nearby Keighley is easily accessible by bus or via the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, and from Keighley railway station it's just half an hour journey to Leeds or Bradford.
