plenty of space
plenty of room nice garden if you have children safe to play in. not far from the railway station cheap fare into Birmingham all very good

Well positioned and very clean
Stayed for 2 nights - Brilliantly positioned for the NEC (can get there without needing to go on the motorway) Immaculately clean throughout, really comfy house - Great stay.

Apartment Very Good - Location ok
Met friends in Birmingham as its central to where we all live.
The booking process and the house were great. Quiet little street, lots of amenties at the house and its nicely decorated.
I only have one negative comment about the house and that relates to the shower. There was no pressure what so ever to the shower and as a result the water coming out was very slow.
The following points relate to the location but anyone looking to book may want to consider these points before booking.
The apartment is located some distance from the centre of Birmingham. If you looking to go shopping, eating out and / or want to explore Birmingham's bars and nigh life then this is probably not the place for you as it takes some time to cover the distance to reach these places.
So on the whole apart from the shower the placement was perfect if you want a quiet weekend away and do not mind travelling into the city.

Thanks for feedback, much appreciated. The Birmingham city centre is about 9 mins away by train, 20mins by bus and around 10 mins by car (depending on traffic)- For Birmingham we consider this a close distance, but we do appreciate that some might find it far.
About the shower, there are 2 settings on the shower, the higher one being for extra pressure power, useful in the winter, so not sure if this was observed.

The property was clean and well provisioned. Felt like home. Particularly liked fresh clean towels and thoughtfulness of fresh milk in the fridge

Great house in fantastic location for NEC
Just returned from staying 3 nights at this place.
Firstly, the house was exactly as described and very clean. It's well equipped and comfortable. Located in a quiet street with off road parking. Just be aware you are close to airport so you will hear planes but this didn't bother us too much. Lovely little conservatory and garden/BBQ which unfortunately we couldn't use because of bad weather.
We were attending an event at the NEC and this was perfect, few mins drive to Lea Hall where you can park your car for free, then just two stops on the train (or central Birmingham the other direction). Also plenty of shops, take aways etc very close to the house.
So if you are going to NEC or just visiting Birmingham and don't want to stay in hotel try this place, you won't be disappointed.

This house was just what we needed for our stay in Birmingham
This property proved ideal as a 4 day base for our family attending my son's wedding in central Birmingham. Just a couple of minutes off the M6, a quick and easy drive to the city centre yet situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with off-road parking for a couple of cars. However, little in the way of shops, pubs or restaurants within easy walking distance so own transport recommended (good Uber coverage if you don't want to drive).
The house is comfortable and clean with a well equipped kitchen. We were staying with our two young grandchildren so the little conservatory leading to a pleasant secure back garden (patio & lawn) gave them plenty of space to play safely.
The house is on the flight path into the airport so there is a bit of aircraft noise. An added bonus for aircraft spotters (my grandchildren included!) and we didn't find it intrusive.
A very pleasant stay.

Birmingham stay
Comfortable lovely 3 bed house in a quiet area of Birmingham. Very close to Nec where we were attending Insomnia gaming festival over the Easter weekend. The house has everything you need and the little extras fluffy white towels, fresh milk, handsoap. Free Wi-Fi. Lovely little back garden and conservatory unfortunately far too cold to use this time.

Great stay!
Was great. Perfect location for our weekend. House was clean, tidy, very well equipped. Owners were very helpful and gave really good detailed instructions to make sure everything was smooth and easy. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed. Thank you.

Clean comfy modern stay
Everything was swift smooth and the stay was clean and nice. The area was nice aswell. The neighbours where all friendly.
