Ideal touring base for the Cotswolds, Warwick and Kenilworth (with their castles) Birtmingham (with Cadbury World and many other attractions as befits England's second city), the Mendip and the Malvern hills, Oxford , Worceseter, Leamington Spa and much much more.

Comfortable traditional English apartment with all the features a holiday maker would wish, used regularly by owners and appointed to their standards with all features. Traditional English-style lounge and dining room. Pleasant view over canal used by holiday narrow-boats.

This apartment is in a great location by the canal and so close to the town centre with shops, dining and the tourist attractions. It was easy to find and is nice to have two free parking spaces. The bedrooms were all a decent size...More

Discounts for stays over minimum depend on demand. Friday counts as a weekend night. Saturday is the preferred change over day but other days are sometimes also possible by arrangement.

The welcome pack is only provided for stays of three nights or more.

The car park can be used from noon on the day of arrival and until noon on the day of departure to make it easy to walk into town (5 minutes) for lunch etc. Hand over of keys and admission into the holiday let commences, unless otherwise notified, at 15.30pm on the day of arrival and terminates at 10.00 am on the day of departure.

Breakages or Damage:- The Tenant will be liable for the cost of any breakages or damage to the property which occurs during their stay.

Liability:- The Landlord shall not be liable to the client or third parties for any accident, damage, loss, injury expense or inconvenience, which may be suffered, incurred that arise out of or in any way be connected with the rental.

About the neighborhood
Stratford upon Avon is a beautiful town and home to the Royal Shakespeare Theatre as well as William Shakespeare's birthplace, excellent shopping and other attractions. The great advantage of the apartment is that once parked in the private car park the town can be enjoyed on foot. Note: The Courtyard Theatre is playing whilst rebuilding work on the main theatre progresses (Completes autumn 2010).

The apartment is situated by the tow-path of the Stratford to Birmingham canal and the canal system provides excellent cycling and walking. The canal joins the River Avon just 5 minutes walk away and there are river trips and a beautiful park by the river with plenty to watch and do.

Traditional English breakfast is available at the Grosvenor Hotel just one minute's walk away from 07...
