The location of The Garden Flat was, for us, spot on with adequate golf and NT properties within comfortable travelling distance. Walkers and cyclists will not be disappointed either. Comfort levels, appliances and fittings were more than adequate for our week's stay and Louise was so helpful and gracious. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Garden Flat. The host was extremely helpful. Fabulous shower, very good water pressure. Kitchen well equipped, although we didn't use it much as we met up with friends or family each day for lunch. Nice terrace overlooking garden and countryside. We plan on going again.

Excellent accomodation We were welcomed as if we were old friends with some of the local produce bread etc. The Garden Flat is located one minute from Westcott with a good bakery and friendly shops five minutes to Dorking the main shopping centre with Waitrose lidl etc. The Garden flat is part of a Manor house with magnificent gardens to wander through, I can't speak highly enough of Louise and family who would go out...

The flat has a large kitchen/dining room with lovely views across the garden (and lake, Autumn to Spring) to the North Downs. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a induction hob, electric fan oven, extractor hood, microwave, fridge with freezer box, dishwasher & electronic washer/drier. The floor is polished, old terracotta tiles with rush and jute mats. <BR><BR>The kitchen opens on to a verandah also with lovely garden views and is equipped with wellington and walking boot racks, ring for securing bikes and a table and six chairs with a pendant lantern.<BR><BR>The bed/sitting room is spacious and sunny.
