The living room has a cream leather sofa and tub chair next to an original fireplace with Bath stone surround. It has a gas coal effect fire for cosy nights and a Smart TV. A fold-out dining table seating up to 4 is by a large sash window.
The neat galley style kitchen in cream and black fits a lot in. There is an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a small dishwasher, a small fridge with freezer and a combined washing machine and dryer. It is well equipped with plenty of kitchenware.
The Bedroom is inviting with a cream 5 ft king sized bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and pretty decorative flourishes. There are French doors leading out onto a small graveled courtyard with a table and chairs to seat 4. The contemporary bathroom has a shower, wc and corner hand basin.
There is a parking space allowing you to park 1 car. However, a car is certainly not required as the property is very central and only a 10 min walk to the Bath Spa train and bus stations.
We rented from Bath Holiday Rentals a few years ago and had such a good experience, we chose them again for a 3-night stay. The Orchard Courtyard was well-located, very quiet (except for the gulls!) and nicely appointed. We were able to check in a bit early (always a plus) and the check-in process was explained in detail and so, very simple. The welcome package was a nice touch. We would absolutely stay here again, or in another property offered by BHR.

Couldn't be better
This place couldn't be better. Central location, good places to eat, lovely cafes for breakfast, vintage shops, cheese shop and a waitrose all just round the corner. The parking space is such a plus and flat is so central we didn't need to use the car. The flat itself is very well appointed, everything you could need, warm and comfortable - the shower is fab and bedroom nice and quiet at the back of the property. We can't recommend this stay highly enough and would definitely book again.

Great Stay
Stayed here recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. Very cosy, welcoming and couldn't have asked for more. The location of this flat is perfect with just a very brief walk to Bath city centre for those wanting to visit the Abbey and the Roman Baths. Highly recommend!!

Another great stay
I have been using the Orchard Courtyard apartment twice a year for several years (just once this year because of Covid-19) to visit family in Bath. It is ideally located in a quiet spot with its own parking just minutes from the very centre of the city and shops. Alexa's team provide the complete service to a high standard with lovely finishing touches such as welcome milk, wine, biscuits, tea, coffee, sugar and much more and if there is any problem (such as locking yourself out) they are instantly contactable. Once again thanks to you all.

Central and Easy
Better choice than a hotel. Gives you flexibility at a affordable rate. Easy service to check in and out. Alexa's team does a great job

Fabulous place for Christmas
My partner and I stayed here for a week over Christmas. The location was perfect, not more than a 10 minute walk from the farthest point in town. The flat was well cared for, very clean, and there was a nice welcome package with coffee, snacks, and wine. The fireplace was an added bonus, and just perfect for the season. I couldn't have asked for more!

Perfect Apartment for 2
When researching and planning our trip to Bath I came across this property. This rental, and the one on the floor above, is centrally located within the city and fitted with everything someone could need. I'm a sucker for any outside space, which this one had. My other requirements when renting are available parking, wifi and a washing machine.....all boxes were checked. The booking process and check in with one of the staff was seamless. We had a great time in Bath.
