Thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend at this top quality, beautiful apartment in Bath. The whole apartment is finished to the highest standards with luxury appliances and gorgeous furnishings. It is perfectly located at the top of the town for great views over the whole of Bath. Our host couldn’t have been more helpful, welcoming or informative and it’s obvious she takes great care to ensure you enjoy your stay. Would definitely recommend to other couples who enjoy a luxury get away.

If you are looking for a luxury apartment, look no further. Hope Place is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and furnished to a high quality. Just a short walk from the centre of Bath (uphill on the way back, but we personally loved the exercise), it's perfectly located for a short break. Our stay couldn't have been any better!

What a fantastic time we had at Samantha's apartment in the centre of Bath. The information Samantha sent us beforehand helped us to plan our weekend. All communication with Samantha was dealt with promptly. The apartment was of an extremely high standard with every attention to detail given a great deal of thought. This apartment was absolutely beautiful inside, decor, appliances etc all had a luxury touch. Upon arrival, everything was spotless and the hamper was a lovely touch. We booked as it was my partners birthday & received a personal card & gift which was very much appreciated. The views from this apartment was amazing, watching the sunrise & sunset never got old. The tennis court on-site was great fun & loved that the tennis racks & balls were included within the apartment. Can really tell there’s was a lot of thought & effort put into this apartment & would highly HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for a luxury break away. Thankyou so much!

Sam really goes above and beyond to ensure her guests are looked after, even down to little touches I didn’t realise I would of missed. I manage a hotel and due to this find it difficult to switch off the critical eye when staying away, so finding hope place was a breath of fresh air! Sam helped organise some surprises for my partners birthday which tasted amazing! I’ve rebooked this trip due to covid 3 times and everything was handled so professionally and with ease. Everything from the decor to the welcome hamper, to the communication from sam seeps luxury and luxury is what you will get! Thank you for the most amazing stay! Amazing stay in the beautiful Hope place for our mini moon. We stayed for 3 nights in July and it was just perfect, from the beautiful floral arch way that is the entrance, to the scrummy basket full of goodies (Dairy free for me) & bubbly in the fridge, this apartment is simply stunning. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and everything is top of the range, and is in a great location a lovely 10 minute down hill stroll into the city centre. Sam could not have been a better hostess, all the special little touches, Mrs & Mrs ballons for our arrival, she changed our booking back in January without fuss, all the information and recommendations of where to go in the city. Thank you Sam our mini moon was wonderful I did not want to leave.

Sam is a great host. Her attention to detail is evident in every aspect of this immaculate apartment set in a very smart complex. The place is spotlessly clean and kitted out with very high end appliances, linen and contemporary furnishings. The views are stunning over the city and surrounding countryside and she is extremely efficient in all her communications. We spent four nights in this spotless, luxurious apartment. It is beautifully equipped, well located, and really has everything that you could possibly need (and more) for a wonderful stay in Bath. Sam was a great host.

As our break away was for my partners birthday, the pressure was on to get the right place! This apartment was what I hoped for and more. Sam is an amazing host, she knew it was my partners birthday and left balloons and champagne for us, I have had apartments and cottage breaks many times but I have never had a host take such time and thought. Sam sent me an information pack about the property, where to eat, drink and even exercise (although that was never going to happen). Firstly the pictures don’t do this place justice, it’s even nicer and I thought it looked fantastic in the pictures, wait until you get there. The views from this apartment are absolutely beautiful, when the sun sets it is stunning. Secondly, this apartment has the best of everything, the appliances are top of the range, the bed is more expensive then I could ever dream of buying, even the kettle is a SMEG and the blinds are electronic - you just push a button, luxury. The grounds to this apartment are also beautiful, we walked through the wood and park and found the tennis courts (Sam leaves rackets and balls in the apartment for you). To walk into the centre took us about 15 minutes and is super easy, all down hill on the same road. Getting back up is more of a challenge but there is bus stop right outside the apartment, number 31 which is a park and ride bus every 10-15 mins will get you in and out of the city centre for £2.50 one way or we paid £4.80 for a day pass. The apartment comes with its own safe parking space so no heavy parking fees to consider or concerns of leaving it on the street over night, we parked up and left the car there for the entire trip. No noise in this apartment, the road isn’t that busy and the apartment is set back a bit, the windows are also very good quality and the neighbours didn’t make a sound (this apartment is top floor / 2nd floor). If you want a luxury apartment within a short walk of the centre, on a beautiful plot that is quiet, with a fantastic host, this is the one to choose.

Sam is an incredible host - we had a lovely time staying in this well located apartment and she really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and welcomed by leaving us some treats on arrival. The place was very clean and well presented, and we were also lucky enough to try some of the different bars and restaurants in the area based on Sam’s helpful recommendations.
